A 40 inch HD tv sits on the wall at the foot of the bed so that guests can both watch Tv and stare out of the window to the sea and Brighton Pier at the same time. The room has a full length mirror and solid oak furniture finished off with a luxury carpet and dimmable remote controlled lighting.
The Lounge and Kitchen are open plan and both have been finished to a high standard. The kitchen comprises of fully integrated appliances including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, full fridge-freezer and a top of the line full sized wifi controllable oven/microwave. There is also a Neff induction hob with extractor hood above and 1.5 bowl sink inset in to the beautiful Tiger Walnut worktops and the usual little extras like a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen area has colour changing LED lights under the kitchen cabinets. The remote control for them is kept in the coffee table drawer.
The lounge area has solid wood flooring which flows through to the hallway. At the front of the room is a fantastic bay window offering widespread panoramic views of the beach and sea in all directions. Sitting in the bay is a solid oak extending dining table and 4 chairs. On top of the table is a professional telescope to have some fun with!
The leather sofa can seat up to 5 people and also serves as a King sized sofa bed for 2 guests. In front of this a small solid oak coffee table with 2 drawers housing the rooms remote control for the tv and also instructions for using the telescope. Opposite there is a 65 inch smart HD Samsung tv on the wall.
The main bathroom if fully tiled with natural stone tiles and has a full sized shower with a rain and waterfall showerhead above & separate hand held attachment. The mirror is LED lit at the touch of a button.
Finally you can find a hoover, iron & board & sofa bedding in the hall cupboard for your use. This is also where the water stop cock and power trip switches are located. The apartment entrance hall has a shelf with the WIFI router and heating thermostat, door entry system and spare key for the communal front door above. A CCTV camera monitors the apartment entrance hall.
