An easy walk into the centre of town and its many attractions including The North Laine (The Lanes), Royal Pavilion, Theatres, Palace Pier, Aquarium, Sea Front. Close to Preston Park and easy access from London via the A23. Ten minute walk from Brighton station or conveniently located for London Road station.
The space
Newly renovated, charming and bright one bedroom flat with own front door in a Victorian building in central Brighton with kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and sitting room. The ideal base for your Brighton adventure. Quiet, cosy, and close to the city centre. It is the perfect base for a Brighton stay.
Sitting Room Comfy sofa in a sunny south facing sitting room with smart tv, DVD player and Netflix. There is a cosy armchair and plenty of books about Brighton and its history. There is also a dining table and chairs for meals which can be extended for friends.
Bedroom
The quiet bedroom at the rear of the property has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer and beautiful mirror for getting ready in the mornings. The comfortable king size bed has white professionally laundered linen and hypoallergenic bedding. Towels are provided as part of your stay.
Kitchen The kitchen is extremely well equipped with hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron and board. There is a nespresso coffee machine and all of the utensils and cookware you could need for your stay
Bathroom There is a white suite with bath over shower and a mirrored cabinet. Complimentary toiletries are provided as part of your stay.
Patio Private patio at the rear is a good spot for a cup of coffee in the mornings.
The flat is accessed via a lockbox and guests have independent and exclusive use of the flat when they stay.
The flat is managed by my daughter, who lives nearby.

This property is the perfect location to explore Brighton on foot, just a stone's throw away from The Lanes and a short walk to the beach, this apartment allows you to experience the best of what Brighton has to offer. I've been visiting for years, my daughter and I really enjoyed day visits to Brighton perusing The Lanes, it's a great place to be.
