Centrally located, beach themed contemporary studio apartment sleeping two people only a few minutes walk to the beach. Garden to relax in and a private oasis of calm and space within the city centre. You will find a variety of delis, coffee shops and restaurants to choose from.
The Space:
Kitchen Area
Wooden worktop and white cupboards run along one side of the room providing enough space to cook a meal and store your shopping. To self cater you'll find a four ring induction hob and fan oven, under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment as well as kettle and a toaster.
Dining Area
Right by the kitchen, wooden table and chairs for two forms the dining area.
Bedroom Area
Lovely double bed with wooden frame and a handmade headboard dressed with seaside themed cushions. Storage drawers can be found on each side of the bed along with Pinocchio hooks to hung your belongings. There's wall mounted TV with Netflix and WiFi for your use.
Bathroom
Shower room comprising of shower cubicle with electric shower, wash basin and WC.
Outside Space
Fantastic garden at the back of the property with a table and chairs. This is a bonus of a space to relax after a long day.
Bits n Bobs
As a pet friendly property, guests are welcome to bring one small/medium breed dog or a cat.

This was perfect for a single person. The accomodation has everything you need and is very comfortable. My only suggestion would be, new pillows.
Its close to the beach and cafes etc.

We had a great stay, just would have been great if there were more towels and a change of bedding. Apart from that it was excellent and perfect location.
Ich war dort nach meiner Einreise 14 Tage in Selbstisolation und das ließ sich super machen. Es war easy sich Lebensmittel liefern zu lassen und mit dem kleinen Garten konnte man ganz entspannt auch mal Luft schnappen. Vielleicht etwas kühl im Winter, besonders im Badezimmer. Aber ich würde es wieder buchen.
Bella was most obliging on all requests including later checkout
The property itself was as described and nicely furnished and had everything we needed. However in terms of cleanliness we were disappointed. The floors bathroom and main floor and under the bed was not clean at all. The back door and frames, shower door, window frames, taps, toilet seat and toilet brush caddy was quite disgusting.
It was quite obvious that none of these areas had been cleaned in a long long time.
The mattress needs replacing and the duvet needs washing.
The hallways should not smell of smoke as non smoking has not been allowed indoors for some years
As mentioned Bella is very sweet and helpful but I think an inspection of the property should be a must before people come to stay.

Your comments have been passed to the property managers who perform thorough checks on the property following each departure. We encourage guests to get in touch with any comments they may have on arrival or during their stay so that any issues can be addressed immediately. The property managers advised that none of the points raised were fed back to them during the time of your stay in the property, however those were checked on as soon as we received your comments.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the communal areas in the building in which you rented the studio, however individual flats/houses are exempt from the regulations. We have passed your comments to the managing agents so they can investigate.
We hope you enjoyed your overall first visit to Brighton.
