A Beautiful tranquil apartment, nestled in the hills of the Sierra Nevada mountain range in Andalucía, close to all facilities, overlooking the famous Sevi Ballesteros golf course in Los Arqueros Banahavis. Beautiful Views of the mountains and Sea.
10 minutes from the lively town of San Pedro, and 15 minutes from the Millionaires yachting playground of Puerto Banus. The best local restaurants and pubs and well stocked grocery shop, chemist, and Organic store with fresh local vegetables in the area, all no more than 10 minutes by car in Monte Halcones.

Perfekt für unseren fünfköpfige Familie

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist modern und war ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten mit dem WLAN und der Hilfe von Rebecca, klappte es. Die Wohnung war für uns großzügig geschnitten. Die überdachte Terrasse lud zum Verweilen ein. Der kleine dazugehörige Garten, hätte etwas besser gepflegt sein können, aber wir wurden im Vorfeld darüber informiert. Die Poolanlage war sehr gut gepflegt und ausgestattet, mit Sonnenschirme, Liegen und Toiletten. In dieser Wohnung würden wir jederzeit zurückkehren

The owners are Mother and Daughter Julie and Sarah they both work in the entertainment industry; They started their property company in the UK in 2014. Having spent many holidays in Spain they decided to buy a bigger apartment to accommodate the grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

If you like space and peace this apartment is for you, although there is plenty of entertainment and hospitality for all the family near by, when you come home you can shut the door, relax and have a quiet glass of wine on the terrace .

What makes this property unique

The location is wonderful with views of the mountains and sea, the apartment block is small so no crowds of noisy people. The pool outside is never busy, and is heated in the winter. If you like cooking and entertaining the kitchen is fully equipped, you have enough to serve dinner and drinks parties for 10. The garage underneath has a lift to your front door. There are sport facilities as well as golf, tennis and 10 pin bowling on the premises.
