This beautiful 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the La Finca II complex of Los Arqueros Golf and Country Club. The apartment is suitable for up to 6 guests.
It has direct access to the garden and pool from the terrace and is a leisurely 5 minute walk from the restaurant and sports facilities which include club house bar and grill, fine dining restaurant, golf course, gym with organised fitness classes, pro shop, driving range, tennis and padel tennis courts.
The apartment has beautiful views over the gardens, pool, golf course and to the sea. The accommodation is perfect for families and golfers and is spec'd to a high standard. Great location

Excellent location next door to the Los Arqueros club house which is perfect for golfers. Exceptional balcony area although the views are a little restricted. Would definitely book again as the apartment and location is ideal for our needs.

My wife and I booked for an extended stay to escape the worst of the UK winter weather and the apartment was exactly aa described and had everything we could possibly have needed.Our host was easily contactable and answered and resolved a couple of questions that we had. You can book with total confidence and we can only recommend it for your break in this beautiful area of the Costa del Sol.

A Lovely Condo

This is a lovely condo, very clean and well looked after. It is nicely updated and has comfortable, modern furniture. It is very well equipped, especially the kitchen which has everything needed to prepare your own meals. The owners, Chris and Caroline, were wonderful to work with and couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating.. Unfortunately, our visit coincided with the Covid-19 outbreak so we had to fly home 10 days earlier than planned. Chris and Caroline even called us from England to check on us before we were able to secure flights home. The location is excellent, just a short drive to the closest grocery store, to the charming town of Benahavis, to the beach town of Estepona, and within an hour's drive to Ronda and Gibraltar. A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region. The condo is very accessible with parking very close by and then just a few steps to navigate to get into the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return for another visit.

Wonderful newly refurbished apartment

In one of the best locations in Los Arqueros, this apartment is a true gem. Newly refurbished throughout, the interior is a very comfortable place to stay. Also outside is a huge terrace with great seating and dining facilities, and amazing views! The property also benefits from being a 3 minute walk to the 1st tee and tennis courts. The clubhouse at Los Arqueros also does a wide range of cuisine, and well cooked and well priced. We have stayed here over 12 times now, and will definitely be booking to stay again!

What an absolutely fantastic apartment! Great views, wonderful facilities and pool. Lovely terrace with sun shades all round and nice furniture, just the place to watch the sun go down with a nice Gin & Tonic. Golf club only a very short walk away with bar and restaurant which has outside service. Gardens are beautiful, very well kept. Better not say to much or we want be able to get in next year. We're from West London and love warm weather and travelling. Are jobs are fairly demanding so one of favourite places in the world to unwind is on the terrace or at the pool reading a book on a sun lounger. We've found the apartment a lovely base as we start travelling around southern Spain taking in the culture and architecture. We both always dreamed of having a place in the sun and the death of a close family member triggered us to purchase this lovely apartment.
Chris & Caroline both have a service background in their roles. Being a host is part of the passion. Our guests generally get between 4-6 weeks holiday every year from their jobs, so we want to make sure that when they come to our apartment they leave feeling relaxed and rested and keen to return.

Why they chose this property

The sun and we love Spain! We love the pool area and the local life the development of the club house complex and sports facilities was just a bonus!

What makes this property unique

Hopefully our service and communication. I'm sure there are plenty of apartments around Europe that are just as lovely or better. We just try to take care of our guests and make them feel as welcome as possible!
