Appartement et vue au top

Appartement hyper nickel, fonctionnel, full équipé avec de l’électroménager de haute qualité. La situation était parfaite pour nous. Vue sur le magnifique golf de Los Arqueros ainsi que vue piscine et mer. De l’autre côté de l’Appartement, dans la seconde chambre, vue sur les collines. A moins de 10 minutes en voiture du centre et du mercadona. Notre hôte a été très réactif lorsqu’on a eu besoin de lui. En conclusion, je recommande sans hésitation ce logement. Merci Monsieur Boulangé.

Appartement top avec une vue balcon unique. Pas de vis à vis d’autres complexes résidentiels. Les espaces communs sont superbement entretenu. Le calme sur les hauteurs n’a pas de prix !

Vue magique et moment détente au rendez-vous

Résidence de charme, calme et très bien entretenue. Une vue magnifique depuis le balcon de cet appartement. L’appartement est bien pensé et équipé comme il faut. La terrasse avec le coin repas et le coin détente sont un énorme plus. L’espace aquatique est top. Nos enfants (12 et 15 ans) ont bien profité de la piscine. L’emplacement sur les hauteurs de Marbella est top. Le village de benahavis à quelques kilomètres est typique et authentique : à visiter. Je recommande !

Lejligheden er pæn og velholdt, og har alt hvad den behøver. Komplekset er flot vedligeholdt, både indvendigt og udvendigt og fra lejligheden er der den perfekte udsigt over poolområdet, golfklubben og middelhavet. Poolområdet er fantastisk flot, og der er liggestole nok til alle. Alt i alt have vi en meget positiv oplevelse at stedet og lejligheden. Kan anbefales.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appartement Très bien situé, belle vue très agréable sur la piscine ,la mer , et de très beaux jardins ,propriété sécurisée Appartement très très bien entretenu toute les commodités Le propriétaire est à votre écoute pour tous conseils aucun soucis Il nous a bien indiquer tout ce qu il fallait savoir Nous recommandons cette location sans problèmes ,très bonne organisation pour les détails clefs etc......

retreat for golf, beach and nature lovers alike, with all the comforts you could wish for.
The spacious and bright lounge has comfortable seating arrangements and dining area . Double patio doors lead to the private terrace with patio tables and chairs. Perfect for al fresco dining and a great way to enjoy the warm summer evenings under the amazing night sky.
The master bedroom offers a double bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes.
The second bedroom offers 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, more than adequate if you wish to dine in and simply enjoy the views from the terrace.

This apartment also boasts full air conditioning, wonderful communal pool, private parking, 24hour security and is just a short walk to the Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club.
