A spacious luxury 130m² fully furnished apartment, that benefits from a stunning 107m² private roof terrace. The apartment is situated adjacent to the famous Atalaya Golf Club with its two 18 hole golf courses.

The apartment, comprises of a master bedroom with extensive fitted wardrobes & en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has fitted wardrobes with 2 double beds & en-suite bathroom. The living/dining room has full length sliding patio doors opening out to the balcony terrace. There is also a fully fitted and equiped kitchen (with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, electric grill, squeezer, toaster, kettle, etc...) & laundry room.

It is within a very big private complex with 24 hours security guards, it has a 10.000 m² landscaped gardens, 4 swimming pools (one of them is for children with lifeguard), tennis and paddle court. All these facilities can be used for free by the tenants, in addition to the ones listed below:

Wonderful apartment

This apartment is stunning, with a private roof top terrace, fully fitted kitchen- with everything anyone could need and more. It is immaculate, spacious and decorated to a very high standard. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained gardens and 3 pools to choose from. A quiet place ideal to relax in, set away from the busy areas so a car is needed, the location is ideal for visiting many lovely places. Great communication with the host before, during and after our stay. We (family of 4, children 16 and 13yrs) absolutely loved this place and we have already booked again for next year!

Excellent property and location.

The property was as described, and well appointed with all the things you need. It’s located in a lovely complex with 24hr security. Both ensuite bedrooms provide plenty storage, and the water was hot, with the air con very cool. Nadia was very helpful and quick to reply, and we would have no hesitation in going back. There are 3 very clean and secure pools. The upper terrace is huge, and has very comfy seating, along with all day sun.

La Cartuja del Golf accommodation

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month stay . The following are several positive highlights and a couple minor inconveniences +s: spacious rooms and outdoor terraces plenty of wardrobes for storage beautiful & tranquil community courtyard offering expansive views comfortable outdoor furniture excellent water pressure in shower & plenty of hot water heat pump and ventilation were very efficient Weber electric BBQ was practical and much appreciated Nadia, the owner, was very responsive to our requests Mirna, the check-in associate, was welcoming & helpful -s: The wifi reception was weak in some areas of the upper terrace The location of the apt, although conveniently situated for walking to the Atalaya GC ( where we played golf many times ) & the Mercadona grocery, but was far from the bus stop and there was no seaside paseo in the town. (We walked to the Isdabe bus stop several times to take the local bus to San Pedro in order to enjoy a walk on the beautiful paseo situated in that town. To fully enjoy the region where this apt is located one is best to rent an automobile. )

Schönes Apartment neben der Golfanlage "Atalaya Park"

Das Apartment ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern sehr geräumig. Auf dem großen Balkon genossen wir beim Frühstücken/Abendessen den Blick auf die schöne Apartmentanlage und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Dachterrasse lud zum Relaxen auf den schönen Lounge-Möbeln unter der elektrischen Markise ein. Sogar ein Elektrogrill der Firma Weber stand zur Verfügung. Es fehlte nichts an Equipment. Sogar Duschgel, Shampoo, und Haarspülung im Wandspender gehörte zur Ausstattung. Das Restaurant in der Anlage und der große Pool waren geschlossen. Der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr nett. Hatten wir ein Anliegen, wurde uns sehr schnell geholfen. Vielen Dank. Eine kleine Anmerkung habe ich dennoch: Was nicht ganz so schön war, dass die Bepflanzung auf dem Balkon und Dachterrasse sehr spärlich ausfiel. Das sah auf den Bildern viel schöner und gemütlicher aus. Ist evtl. der Corona Zeit geschuldet. Des Weiteren waren wir mit der Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht so zufrieden. Der Kühlschrank war beim Gemüsefach nicht ordentlich geputzt, die Dunstabzugshaube klebte nur so vor Fett, in einigen Kaffeebechern waren Schmutzränder. Wenn das nicht gewesen wäre, hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben, denn die Lage ist sehr ruhig und mit dem Auto ist man schnell am Strand oder bei den wichtigen Einkaufsshops.

Han sido unas vacaciones excelentes. La casa es preciosa. Es incluso mejor que en las fotos. La terraza de arriba es preciosa y se está muy bien por la tarde//noche. La urbanización nos encanto. Muy tranquila, con tres piscinas y cancha de tenis y pádel. Volveremos sin duda.

Lovely property in an established gated environment. A distance from the sea but three well managed pools. Benahavis 5 mins by taxi with excellent choice of restaurants. Very attentive management made for an excellent stay.
