Very charming 2 bedroom townhouse with amazing sea view in a securely gated beach front resort with a large communal pool, subtropical gardens and direct access to the beach. Beachfront, seaview, away from it all, but still close to everything!!!
From the living room with open kitchen you have direct access to the beautiful terrace with truly amazing sea views. The terrace is covered with a straw roof and a beautiful bougainville, there is a teak wooden dining table and a BBQ. From the terrace you walk into a small private garden with 2 sun beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer. There is one double bedroom with airco and built-in wardrobes. The 2nd (small) bedroom has a bunk bed (2 single beds). For the fifth person there is a bed in the open mezzanine in the living room. The living room has airco and is nicely decorated with a comfortable sofa, television and a dining table. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a washing machine.
The exclusive resort is comprised of only 36 townhouses on a prime South-facing sea-front location on the “New Golden Mile” between Marbella and Estepona, only 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.

The outstanding beach-front location is enhanced by the close proximity of Estepona centre and some great attractions on this coast-line, like for example Pacha Beach Club, Puerto Banus, Marbella and the Selwo Adventure Park. Greatly appreciated by our guests and by ourselves is the central location of our house. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beach bars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a medical clinic and the exclusive beachclub Trocadero are all within short walking distance of the house.
Free WIFI, bedlinen, towels and cleaning service are included. Use of electricity will be charged on the base of effective use.

Beautiful spot on the beach

A lovely property well located for walks along the seaside and trips to the local town beach and restaurants. Small children’s playground 2 mins walk away and carrefour supermarket 5 mins away make this a super convenient spot for families.

Lovely Estepona

Wonderful patio view for our breakfasts. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to town us about 20-30 min on beach path. Restaurants in both directions on path also. Close to grocery. Nice pool in complex to cool off after spending day in old town or the port. Lorraine was very helpful with check in and suggestions.

An amazing week

Its a lovely little house in a wonderful community. Excellent pool and a nice little garden with ocean view. Its a calm neigbourhood but 15-20 minutes walk and you are in Estepona. If there is anything to mention it gets a little too warm in the room with the bunkbed, but was not really a problem for us. Overall we had an amazing week here.

Fantastic location and view

The garden, balcony and view are simply amazing, we enjoyed the winter sun on the terrace with beautiful, uninterrupted seaviews. Estepona is about a 15min walk along the coastal path which is great.The house itself is lovely inside and nicely renovated but I would recommend it for 2 adults with 1 child maximum. We were staying with 2 young children ( under the age of 3) and it was too small for us and not ideal with the stairs. Thank you to lorraine for the excellent communication and service!

A stunning property by the sea and within easy walk of bars and restaurants

We met the lovely Lorraine who showed us round the property. We weren't disappointed - wow what a fabulous house with amazing views of the sea. It had everything we needed and the decor was stunning. We walked every day along the path which runs by the sea and it took about 20 mins to reach the beautiful old Town of Estepona. There are plenty of beach bars and restaurants along the way. When we felt like staying in, we enjoyed eating on the terrace by candlelight, listening to the waves. Just wonderful and we will definitely return.

Het huis met de enorm complete uitrusting (ZELFS een goed keukenmes!), de ontvangst door Lorraine, de omgeving, de bedden, hygiene, het zwembad... alles dik in orde. Enige minpunt is het strand. Hier wordt in de advertentie geen aandacht aan geschonken en dat had argwaan moeten opwekken. Het strand is smal (ALS het droog is van 1 tot maximaal 3 meter), vol stenen en lelijke betonblokken en is driekwart van de dag nat. 100 meter verderop is een beter stukje maar dat was heel vies door een dikke laag bruin wier

Estepona has stolen our hearts!

We loved our stay at this cute little villa directly on the Mediterranean Sea. The grounds were lush and well manicured and the view from the terrace was just like the photos. Being able to see Gibraltar was a nice surprise! The interior was nicely furnished and the mattress in the main bedroom was very comfortable(we didn't use the other beds).The kitchen was very well equipped and having an amazing grocery store a few minutes away for supplies encouraged us to prepare some meals. Being able to walk to Estepona in 15-20 minutes via the waterfront boardwalk was one of our favourite things to do. The old town in Estepona is the most picturesque and charming on the Costa del Sol and there is a wide choice of restaurants. On site parking was very convenient and secure. Lorraine, the property manager, was a joy to deal with throughout our stay.

Picture perfect views from the house terrace! Located in an attractive safe development in an excellent location for walking into Estepona on the beach walkway - around 15 mins and easy walking access to Carrefour Hypermarket and coach station. Beautiful tranquility

A well planned house, perfect for 2. A terrace overlooking the garden and the sea with possibility to bbq, beautiful!! The house is in good chape and the kitchen is wellequipped. We enjoyed the paths along the sea, either to Estepona or to the east. Estepona has a lovely old town about 20 minutes to walk. Carrefour is close and has all you could possibly want. We would love to come back!

Therefore we started looking for a beachfront house some years ago. After a long search, we found our dream house. If you can dream it, you can make it! We hope you love our house as much as we do. As we use it ourselves a lot, we have tried to decorate and furnish it to a highly comfortable standard.
