Imagine sitting on this terrace, listening to the waves from the Mediterranean Sea 20 meters away, taking in the panoramic view over the sea to Africa and Gibraltar. This south-facing and bright, 1st floor contemporary apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with high quality furnishing, beds, and kitchen appliances.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space and a safe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.
To satisfy the need for entertainment - and perhaps work - the apartment offers fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a 43” flat screen TV with international channels.
You will have access to a private underground parking space with a lift. Next to the parking space you have a private room ideal for storing beach gear and golf clubs.
Between the apartment and the sea, you’ll find a well-maintained garden area with two large swimming pools. From the garden, there is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the beach to several very nice restaurants / beach clubs – one for every occasion: Bahia Beach and la Sal are both hugely popular for there charming location and good food. The upscale Finca Cortesin Beach Club offers the perfect setting for a special treat during your holiday stay. In the morning you walk 5 Minutes along the beach to buy your bread - how better can you start a day?

Why they chose this property
I am a real estate agent at the Costa del Sol and fell in love with the apartment on first sight. The front line beach location combined with the modern style architecture is something rare at the Coast. The view from the terrace and the soothing noise of the waves has something very relaxing to us, and we use the apartment for weekend escapes and small holidays. Here we relax perfectly from our busy day to day life and enjoy walking along the beach to one of the nice restaurants near by.
What makes this property unique
We like the area very much, since it is not so overbuild and still mantains the Spanish lifestyle. There are surprisingly many very good restaurants near by and a lot of great leisure activities - like golf, hiking, fishing, snorkelling, swimming etc. Thanks to its position you are fast in Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and only 20 Minutes from Puerto Banus.
