Unique Beachfront Apartment - Modern, Fantastic Sea Views & Direct Beach Access

Imagine sitting on this terrace, listening to the waves from the Mediterranean Sea 20 meters away, taking in the panoramic view over the sea to Africa and Gibraltar. This south-facing and bright, 1st floor contemporary apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 and equipped with high quality furnishing, beds, and kitchen appliances.

The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a double bed and ample cupboard space and a safe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed.

To satisfy the need for entertainment - and perhaps work - the apartment offers fiber-optic internet (Wi-Fi) and a 43” flat screen TV with international channels.

You will have access to a private underground parking space with a lift. Next to the parking space you have a private room ideal for storing beach gear and golf clubs.

Between the apartment and the sea, you’ll find a well-maintained garden area with two large swimming pools. From the garden, there is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the beach to several very nice restaurants / beach clubs – one for every occasion: Bahia Beach and la Sal are both hugely popular for there charming location and good food. The upscale Finca Cortesin Beach Club offers the perfect setting for a special treat during your holiday stay. In the morning you walk 5 Minutes along the beach to buy your bread - how better can you start a day?

Incredible Location

The apartment was clean stylish, comfortable and had everything you could possibly want for a great vacation. The sound of the sea was magical, the pool was perfect in the hot weather. Plus you had the sea a 2 min walk away. We walked to restaurants and bars and were lucky enough to catch a festival too.

We loved this place, the quality of the accommodation was gorgeous, the bed was the most confortable bed ever! Lovely patio areas, gardens, pool. Great beach access and a new bridge adjacent to the property meant that the restaurant just west of the complex is now very walkable. We had a great vacation here and we would absolutely recommend this apartment. Contacted the host a couple of times and she replied within minutes.

Beautiful beach area. Beach itself not very good. Estapona is a nice mix of city amenities with small town feel. Apartment perfect. Clean, spacious, well appointed and private balcony in a very nice development. Disappointed that the pool was not open.

Great Location, nice views to the Med and pool. Apartment spacious, full of light and clean (apart from the bath tub, which we did not use). And with Frida! Minor points: a vaccum cleaner would have been nice to have. And unfortunately, the pool was cleaned every morning, however its use was not yet permitted (25.05.).

We stayed for five days at this beachfront apartment and really loved it. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and quiet area about 10 minutes drive to Estepona on Costa del Sol. The rooms are neatly decorated and the kitchen is very well equipped. The balcony offered a very relaxing place for enjoying the sea view during morning breakfast or evening meal. We made day trip to lovely nearby towns such as Casares and Ronda. We will certainly return to this place the next time we go back to Costa del Sol. Thanks Saskia,.

Wonderful three weeks

We stayed at this wonderful property for 3 weeks in February to escape the cold at home. It exceeded our expectations. After sleeping on the very comfortable bed, it was soothing to wake up to the sounds of the sea. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils, as well as an assortment of spices to make great meals. The location was perfect! Close to the beautiful, lively town of Espetona. Don’t miss the Orchidarium! Sotogrande was about 20 minutes away, with great shopping, and cafes. Saskia lives nearby, and responded immediately to any questions we had. A very gracious host!

The property was stylish and clean with a well equipped kitchen which was great for me as i like to take advantage of the frsh fish and produce in the local area. The beds were really comfortable and you could hear the sea from the main bedroom! The complex is one of the nicer ones IMO on that particular costa and lots of spanish families on vacation. We could always get time in the pool. The balcony was great, overlooking the sea, amazing views. Not in Sun all day , fine for us but something you might want to consider. The beach outside is a bit wilder than say Estepona beach but you can walk 20 mins to the lovely La Sal beach. Definitely need a car - theres nothing really to walk to in terms of shops and cabs into Estepona were pricey the one night i had off from driving. Try Casares town in the hills (we were lucky enough to be there during the feria). The grounds are very well kept but so well kept that the noise from lawn mowers and power tools sometimes disturbed us! Saskia was an excellent host - always available via WhatsApp and we managed to gwr in the property early as our flight landed early- she gave us thorough instructions for check in and great restaurant recommendations- all in all a great stay and a reccomended property- Thank you!

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Appartement in einer Wohnanlage vorgefunden, welches unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Die Ausstattung war sehr geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail. Es hat an uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist sehr reichhaltig ausgestattet und auch die Elektrogeräte ließen keinen Wunsch offen. Der Wohnbereich und die Terrasse sind einfach traumhaft. Mit Fernblick auf Afrika und Gibraltar kann man hier die Seele richtig baumeln lassen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Appartement uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sauf erreur de notre part, les oreillers avaient juste la protection, sans taie par dessus, la housse du matelas jaunie, du lait sèché dans le micro ondes, bref, un sentiment de nettoyage très superficiel. Les voisins du dessous ont fait la fête 2 jours durant jusqu’à 3-4hr du matin, impossible de dormir. C’est très regrettable car l’appartement est très beau, la vue sur la mer, mais pourquoi les 2 salles de bains n’ont elles pas été rénovées ???

We are a German/Danish family with two children. Jens and I met in 2000 and fell in love with each other and the lifestyle of the Costa del Sol. Since then we live in Malaga. We enjoy very much good food and discovering nice places.

Why they chose this property

I am a real estate agent at the Costa del Sol and fell in love with the apartment on first sight. The front line beach location combined with the modern style architecture is something rare at the Coast. The view from the terrace and the soothing noise of the waves has something very relaxing to us, and we use the apartment for weekend escapes and small holidays. Here we relax perfectly from our busy day to day life and enjoy walking along the beach to one of the nice restaurants near by.

What makes this property unique

We like the area very much, since it is not so overbuild and still mantains the Spanish lifestyle. There are surprisingly many very good restaurants near by and a lot of great leisure activities - like golf, hiking, fishing, snorkelling, swimming etc. Thanks to its position you are fast in Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and only 20 Minutes from Puerto Banus.
