Jianni's Villa - Stone Villa in the Greenery!!

Villa Yianni’s is a 230s.q meters two-storey traditional stone villa in Vasilikos. The ground floor features a very spacious living room with traditional fireplace and furniture harmoniously embellishing the house. As you walk through the living room you reach a large fully-equipped kitchen facing the lush landscape surrounding the house with its own private entrance. The ground floor also consists of one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a shower unit and a w.c.

A wooden staircase leads to the first floor which features a unique sitting area with skylights on the roof maximizing daylight as well as depicting the beauty of the landscape. The first floor also features three bedrooms, one bathroom with a tub and a balcony where you can enjoy the beauty of the garden. The first bedroom has got a double bed whereas the other bedrooms consist of two single beds each. The house is in a fenced area and offers a large furnished lush garden and a small pond, the ideal place for enjoying unique holiday moments or any of your meals.

Villa Yianni’s is right next to the main road and next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Banana beach. Popular destinations close to the Villa are St. Nicholas, Gerakas and Dafni. Next to the house there is a family-run traditional restaurant where you can indulge yourself in traditional dishes and listen to traditional music. Within walking distance is Logos bar with disco music and live nights as well.


Vassilikos is located in the southern part of the island and is one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of Zakynthos away from mass tourism. It offers some of the most beautiful sandy beaches with crystal clear waters such as Banana Beach, Agios Nikolaos, Dafni, Gerakas and Ionio Beach which is only 1 kilometer from the complex.
