About this property

COLON is a unique apartment due to the amazing views of La Zurriola Beach. It is situated in Gros, which is a popular neighbourhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and it offers great cultural entertainment options, such as de Jazz Festival or the Film Festival. It is situated only 5 minutes away from the Old Town and the city centre.

The apartment has been remodelled using first rate materials and furniture and it is completely equipped. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It is situated on the second floor of a building with elevator. There are three double bedrooms, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms with shower tubs, a toilet, and a modern independent kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete kitchenware. The lounge-dining room has great views of La Zurriola Beach and a small balcony. Two of the bedrooms have single beds of 90cm (one of them has an ensuite bathroom). The other bedroom has a double bed of 150cm.

It is perfect for a family or a group of friends that are looking to spend their holiday in San Sebastian thanks to its great location. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 150m away.

We all just LOVED this apartment! The location can't be beat; it's so beautiful and comfortable and the manager was very communicative. HIGHLY recommend!

Exceeded our high expectations

The photos for some properties promise more than the properties can deliver. This was the exact opposite -- this property delivered well beyond what the listing photos offered. This place is fantastic beyond words. When we weren't eating pinxtos in nearby old town, we were sitting in a beautifully appointed apartment with even more beautiful views of the beach and ocean, the beach activity, the surfers and the swimmers. Across the street from the beach meant morning swims, afternoon surfing, and long walks in the sand practically any time. Some may want to take a taxi from the train station. We found it close enough to walk to and from this apartment with our luggage. This was one of the best VRBO rentals we've ever experienced.

Great space and great location

Our family stayed in this lovey apartment and could not be happier. There was plenty of space for four adults to hang out or have some privacy. The location was perfect - access to the beach, old town, central.. you name it, it was easy to get there by walking. Plenty to do In the neighborhood as well! Would definitely recommend.
