The apartment has been recently remodelled and it is completely equipped It is located on the mezzanine floor of a building with an elevator, although to access the apartment you only have to climb 5 steps from the doorway.

A very clean appartment near to the beach

The appartment is very clean, with perfectly equiped kitchen. It is located a minute walk from the la concha beach. To the old town it takes some minutes to walk. It is on the first(ground) floor, so it is no sun light inside, but there are excellent modern lights inside.

Apartamento muy bien reformado y moderno, equipado con todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todas sus estancias son muy funcionales y cómodas. Muy buena ubicación, a penas pocos minutos de la Playa de la Concha y a un paseíto corto del centro. Situado en una zona tranquila. Muy mala zona para aparcar, en la calle solo pueden aparcar los residentes. Tienes que contar con el gasto del aparcamiento cada dia, que no es nada barato.

De ligging op nog geen 2 minuten lopen van het strand en het appartement is zeer ruim. Het heeft geen balkon en de bedden waren erg smal.
