Loved it. Close to public transit, restaurants and convenience shops.

Great rental property close to everything
Best home away from home experience. We travelled with young kids and this house was very convenient
huge plus was the yard and proximity to 2 different train lines to london city.
Host was wonderful we will definitely come back and stay here

Walter was an absolutely excellent host, he went well above and beyond what would be expected.
We required somewhere with an easy access of the public transport into London, theatres and galleries yet on the Heathrow line. The house was surprisingly quiet given it’s in a cosmopolitan London suburb and everything ran very smoothly.
From before we arrived, Walter was wonderfully communicative & answered my questions. I mentioned that I struggled finding cream tea in London prior to arriving at his flat. His wife filled the fridge with all the ingredients we would need for cream tea & sandwiches for our hungry teens! We were shocked that anyone would be so thoughtful. Indeed, everywhere you look, love has put together this flat. There was a binder full of info about the flat, its appliances and the surrounding area. The kitchen has everything you need, even a tea pot, tea bags, sugar and (we had) milk in the fridge, soaps/sponges/clothespins under the sink, next to the washer. I enjoyed the vanity table in the front window to do my hair and makeup. Walter met us at the door and showed us around. Kind, sweet man. And clearly his wife is well paired. The only real negative I can say is that the building is on a busy road and if you are staying in the front bdrm there is a lot of road noise throughout the night. Nothing that Walter can fix. The back bdrm is quiet. But the flat is close to the Acton Main Line tube station and a quick trip to Heathrow. One note: when heading back to Acton Main Line, some trains do not stop there, but bypass it. You will need to get off at the next stop, take the stairs to the opposite platform, & wait for a train that does stop at Acton Main Line, designated on the train schedule sign. TY for everything, Walter!
We had a three day stay in London and enjoyed this property very much. It is a very short walk to the tube for quick access to central London or the airport. Walter was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We certainly enjoyed the little touches of extra toiletries and kitchen supplies which makes settling into the apartment very easy.

Walter was an excellent host who greeted us and showed us around the accommodation and also got sandwich fillers and bread amongst over snacks for us on arrival.
Walter is a wonderful host. He met us when we arrived and provided some starter food which was very much appreciated. The flat is well equipped and very quiet although it is on a busy street. You can walk to everything in Acton.
This home was wonderful with every and all amenities. You could not think of anything that you would need. The little touches made it an extra special stay. Although it is on a busy street, it was quiet inside. The flat had the same layout as a home my husband lived in when he was a child in London which made the space a bit more special. Hello, it was a great week at Walter's apartment, we felt very comfortable there, the only thing we missed for coffee drinkers was a coffee filter and the front bedroom might be a bit noisy if you're not used to traffic, but that's because London is a city that never sleeps.
Apart from that, the price-performance ratio is completely ok and Walter is a very nice landlord, besides, London is always worth a trip.
We liked how easy it was to access this unit from the London tube. Walter was super to deal with and even had some snacks for us when we arrived. The place is very clean and we would recommend it!
Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Auch wenn man wenn man ankommt erstmal "schluckt". Von außen und die Lage. ..
Aber innen bekommt man das,was man gebucht hat. Eine saubere und recht gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Doppelbetten -die allerdings ihre besten Zeiten bereits hatten. Aber ich will es nicht schlecht reden. Wer eine Wohnung sucht um London zu besuchen kann hier für einen wie ich finde sehr angemessenen Preis übernachten. Herr Eisinger war wie auch schon von anderen beschrieben sehr sehr nett und hat auf alle Anfragen sehr zügig reagiert. Ebenfalls waren einige Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank und Tipps bekamen wir auch noch einige.
Ein Tipp von uns:wer es nicht gewohnt ist zu zwei unter einer Decke zu schlafen oder Kinder hat die es nicht möchten - bringt noch ein Bettzeug oder Schlafsack mit!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in London - und fast keinen Regen .
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der Ferienwohung! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und groß genug für eine vierköpfige Familie. Alles war vorhanden: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirr usw.
Walter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, um deren Parkerlaubnis Walter sich gekümmert hat!
U- Bahn ca ein 10 minütiger Fußmarsch entfernt, von da ca 20 min zum Oxford Circus!
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Apartment war liebevoll mit allem ausgestattet, was man so während eines Aufenthaltes benötigt. Walter Eisinger war ein überaus charmanter Gastgeber, welcher sich fürsorglich um alles gekümmert hat. Das Apartment hat eine gute Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten ist man an einer UBahn Station (Acton North) und gelangt in die Innenstadt. Ganz in der Nähe der UBahn Station ist ein Supermarkt. Da die Wohnung komplett mit allem ausgestattet ist, kann man sich sehr gut selbst versorgen. Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand, sauber, mit vielem Informationsmaterial für London und Umgebung. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit an Walter Eisinger wenden. Bereits bei der Ankunft hatte er den Kühlschrank für uns gefüllt und uns mit kleinen Snacks versorgt. Ein großes Dankeschön für die unvergesslichen Tage in London!!!

Appartamento al piano terra all'interno di una bella villetta dallo stile "inglese". Il proprietario di casa, Walter, ti fa sentire a tuo agio lasciandoti la casa colma di servizi come asciugacapelli, shampoo, sapone, coperte, e anche del cibo per un veloce pranzo o una colazione.
Ottima la posizione a pochi metri dalla fermata metro di North Acton.

Great location and host
Our host met us at the house and we were able to check in early which was great. The house was well kept. We had all the amenities needed. It was a nice quiet location. Our host was very helpful with transportation. Great value for the price.

Very good value for your money.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in der liebevoll gepflegten Wohnung. Walter hat uns nett empfangen und gleich geholfen. Seine Frau hat für uns das Parkticket (5 Pfund pro Werktag) gebucht.
Die U-Bahn erreicht man in gut fünf Minuten zu Fuß, 20 Minuten später ist man im Zentrum.
Die Wohnung bietet genug Platz für vier, auch in den Schränken war genug Platz. Direkt gegenüber sind drei Take Aways und ein kleiner Laden. Wir haben den Inder und den Fish & Chips gewählt und auf der Terasse gegessen.
Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.
