Villa Hüs, located in the Karagözler region, the most elite location in Fethiye, has four bedrooms and was completed in March 2021 and prepared for you, our esteemed guests. Our tastefully equipped villa has a sea view and is the most luxurious villa in the category of sea view villas in the Fethiye region. It is 5 minutes away from bays such as Aksazlar, Büyük Samanlık, Küçük Samanlık, Kuleli, Büyük Boncuklu, Küçük Boncuklu in Fethiye and within walking distance to Aksazlar Bay. Our villa Aksazlar has a view of the bay. Fethiye is right next to the marina and has a unique view. It is 1 minute away from the center of Fethiye, close to restaurants and bars. If you do not have a vehicle, it is at a location where you will not need a vehicle.

Our villa, which has a very nasal living room, has a wide usage area and its pool is very large and useful.

1st Bedroom: Master suite bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: Master suite bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

4th Bedroom: Master suite bedroom with 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, balcony, air conditioning, bathroom and toilet.

Important: For pool cleaning and maintenance of our villa, friends who do pool cleaning must pass through the hall at noon. Our colleague, who will clean the pool at the specified time by informing you, will take care of the pool within half an hour without disturbing you.

Great spot, beautiful pool!

This was the perfect rental property for our family vacation to Fethiye. Parking was available, the pool was perfection during the 90+ degree weather, close to beaches on the peninsula, walkable to a great cafe and a market for all your quick shopping needs, also walkable to the main areas of Fethiye if you're up for it (about 1km or so) - can't say enough great things about it. The property management was super helpful and always responsive as well. We left behind cleaning products and some beach towels, as well as some coffee and sugar (those little things you need when you first arrive) since none were in the home. That would be the only thing that could have been provided, really --- cleaning supplies and extra towels and blankets. But we figured it out and it was really a lovely 10 days and we would definitely go back!
