It is in a lovely quiet urbanisation and very nice located because it takes about 10 minutes to get to Burriana beach and about 15 minutes to town center. Around the garden and pool are situated the houses. This house consists of one bedroom and one bathroom upstairs and the living room, the kitchen and a toilette downstairs. The terrace is overlooking the garden and the pool.
