Great location to explore northern Northumberland & Scottish Borders
Was cosy, quiet, well equipped & comfortably. Able to get on footpaths into the hills right from the estate. Can pick up St Cuthbert’s Way not too far away. Bus service just on main road.Down side: the tv reception is not great & some stations were intermittent like BBC1!Poor shower arrangement, no pressure to the head, very bad control which I’d have thought was illegal these days & should have a thermostat regulating the temperature as easy to scold oneself.
