Welcome to this natural cottage located in a sun hill with views over fields and meadows. Here you live in peace and quiet with animals and nature just around the corner, here wander ex. moose, deer, and cranes, in the forest there are plenty of both mushrooms and berries. There are roads and paths close to nature and via these you can also walk into Strömstad. Take the opportunity to visit the Shipwreck at Blomsholm which consists of 49 stones, the stones in the bow and stern are 4 meters high, and is one of Sweden's largest shipwrecks. The cottage with its city and seafront location allows you to quickly and easily get into Strömstad to experience the city pulse, walk on piers or just sit and enjoy on a couch in one of the city parks or to one of the many nice bathing spots in the area . The cottage with is also a perfect starting point for exploring the whole of Norra Bohuslän. After you have parked, you walk across the cottage's lawn to the vestibule where the cottage's entrance is located. On the inside you meet partly of the vestibule but also a small hall from where the stairs go up to the cottage upstairs. From the hall you enter the kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge / freezer, from the kitchen you reach the cottage's dining room with dining room furniture and living room with sofa bed, TV with German channels and a heating stove, on the first floor there is also a bathroom with shower. Via the stairs in the hall you go up to the second floor which has an open floor plan with 4 "sleeping berths" and a single bed. On the lawn there is summer furniture and a barbecue, all so that you can enjoy good meals in the sunshine, enjoy the tranquility and the surrounding nature. The house has incorporated fiber. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, rich restaurant life, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. If you want to experience islands and the archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and bathing boat trips from the harbor in the center to several archipelago islands such as. Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own exploration trips. For those interested in golf, there are several nice 18-hole courses in the area. Welcome to a residence close to nature in the Strömstad area.
