The Jamaica Apartment is a charming apartment with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and located in a private condominium with a large pool for adults and children, 2 terraces, and a barbecue area.



This amazing apartment benefits from its proximity to everything you need for a relaxing vacation - beautiful golden sandy beaches, bars, diverse restaurants, shops, golf, boat trips, water sports, banks, supermarkets. It is a short walk from the center of Olhos d'Agua, just 300 meters (3 minutes walking). A car is not necessary unless you want to explore the Algarve in its entirety.



The Jamaica Apartment has 2 comfortable bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with access to a terrace with a barbecue, and a cozy living room with direct access to another terrace where you can have an outdoor meal and other leisure activities while enjoying the sea and pool view. Ideal for relaxing family vacations.



It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, before proceeding with the reservation, please send us an information request so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 4 people.

For the 5th and 6th persons, an additional fee will be charged that includes an extra bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
