The apartment is south facing and is located in the Imperator complex, one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, located in the centre of Marbella and less than 10 minutes walk from the old town.

This modern air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and terrace with dining area and gas BBQ.

The apartment features a spacious and bright living room with direct access to the terrace and sea views.

In the living room there are two separate areas, the lounge area where the sofa and TV are located; and on the other side the dining area.

The bright master bedroom has a large south facing window with sea views.

The bathroom has bathtub.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nescafé coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen utensils.

Waking to the view of the sea and palm trees was magical
Spent a month in this apartment and found it great for our needs It was clean, comfortable and ìn a great location. Loved the terrace, the seating area, plus the Weber bbq. was superb. Lounge was comfortable with 4 seater settee, dining table and tv..Bought a VPN (£10) for English progs... Kitchen was well equipped for people who like to cook ..appliances work but are old and basic. Bathroom with shower over bath okay but in need of refurbishment. Excellent support from manager and his assistant Karem. An instruction sheet for visitors on how to use appliances would be very useful. Mini market over the road a boon for heavy items. Frank's Place on the opposite corner..very noisy Friday/Saturday evenings. Can really recommend this apartment for couples or a family.

The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic buildings in Marbella, the Imperator building. This building has a large garden area with sunbeds and swimming pool.

The building is located on the beachfront, with direct access to the promenade, where you will find most of the restaurants and shops in the area.

~ Restaurants and shops

The restaurant Los Mellizos is just in front of the building, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella.

Nearby you can also find Lekune Tapas Restaurant, a very well known tapas and pintxos restaurant in Marbella. This restaurant is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

On the beach you will find chiringuitos where you can taste delicious fish, seafood and paella.

Within walking distance from the apartment you will find the Supercor and Maskom supermarket (200 m) and the Eroski supermarket in front of the building (20 m). Also, Mercadona supermarket is located 500 m from the apartment.

Cripan cafeteria/bakery is 5 minutes walk from the flat, where you can buy bread and pastries. On the promenade you have many restaurants and cafes to have breakfast.

~ Activities

From the apartment you can walk to the old town of Marbella and the Orange Square. In the narrow streets of the old town of Marbella you will find cosy shops, restaurants and cafes.

The Harbour of Marbella is 5 minute walk from the flat.

Puerto Banus harbour is less than 10 minutes by car from the apartment. Over there you'll reach one of the most luxury places on Costa del Sol. Its streets are lined with expensive luxury boutiques like Christian Dior, Gucci, Bvlgari, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana, and others.

If you are interested in long walks on the sea shore, you will surely discover the promenade which can take you to all the interesting restaurants and bars of Marbella. The promenade of Marbella is located just in front of the building.

If you would like to take a boat trip, you can ask us and we will give you price for a boat charter experience with or without captain to spend a few hours or a whole day enjoying the sea and the views of Marbella. We have different rates depending on the boat and duration of the journey.
