First line beach at Paseo Maritimo. Central (AAA location). Close to everything, evening entertainment, restaurants, just a few steps to the beach. This building has direct access to the promenade and beach, barely few minutes reaching into old town (Orange square) and the city center of Marbella.

The front terrace has south and south west location overlooking the Mediterranean Sea (as illustrated).
The back terrace has east and north east location overlooking La Concha (the big mountain in Marbella).

Air conditioning (integrated in the ceilings), fresh bed linen and towels are included, fully equipped kitchen with micro, cooker, induction, dishwasher, mixer, nespresso machine with pods and washing machine/dryer.

The apartment is located at the finest beach in the Centre of Marbella (Playa Faro and Playa Fontanilla), with spectacular sea view.

With the boardwalk at your doorstep and the central boulevard at the back, there's really no need for a car!
Numerous shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, gyms & yoga schools are just around the corner . The apartment offers you all the comfort you would expect for a fantastic holiday.

In the living room you have a seating area with lovely panoramic view towards the beach, boardwalk, Puerto Banus and African coastline. You have free internet (high speed fibre), central AC and a big smart TV - even though with this view you would probably not even watch tv.

You also have a round dining table with 5 chairs that is just next to the Kitchen island and fully equipped kitchen. All work tops are with the same marble grey stone.

The rental price includes:

The rental price doesn't include:
The 100 eur final cleaning (payed upon arrival)
Extra cleaning during your stay (12 eur /hour)
Baby cot with bedlinen plus high chair is 50 eur extra
If you need to use the bed sofa (or the extra folded bed) there will be a 100 eur extra charge for the bedlinen etc.

We are happy to treat all guests with a small welcome gift, cold water in the fridge and sparkling wine upon arrival.
