The only thing that was good was the location. We had to meet the cleaning lady to get in and she could hardly speak English. At the last minute, our host changed the property saying the one we booked was unavailable. This apartment was old, the drains smelled, only gave us one key and it was very cluttered. The couch was filthy so she had put blankets over it and they weren’t even clean. It was advertised to have a washer and dryer and the room was so tiny you could hardly get in it and there was a sign to not use the dryer. We had to leave after two and a half weeks because my mother was sick and to be honest I was glad to leave that place. No refund was offered even though she knew the circumstances. I have used VRBO in the past and always been happy but this place is really below your standards.
