This is a general advert for 1 bedrooms apartments in the archi-famous Skol building located on the very beachfront of Marbella promenade and right in the town centre with all services and amenities at the doorstep: bars, restaurants, shops, harbour, watersports, etc.
The apartments have 2 single beds and a sofa bed for an extra guest or kid.
They're 45m2 located on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th floor, all with great views of the beach, pool, park, garden and sea. They're fully furnished, fitted and equipped: air con, wifi, washing machine and a full kitchen. We aim to offer an hybrid between the confort of a home and the service of a hotel.

Car is not needed but if you decide to rent one in order to discover the beautiful surroundings, we have parking spaces available for rent from 10€ per night. Otherwise we offer airport transfer from 70€ each way.

Lovely stay

Easy check in. The apartment was spotless. One bedroom with two single beds. Plenty of storage space. Well equiped bathroom. Sink 7nit, bidet, toilet, shower in bath. Compact kitchen with ceramic hob, toaster oven, microwave, washing machine. Lounge with dofa hed, if needed, flat screen tv that had Engl8sh Channels. Nice bslcony with clithes horse for washing. Even pegs. Would certainly recommend

Marbella

Der Urlaub in Marbella war super. Das Appartment war super zentral. Parkplätze sind in der Umgebung Mangelware. Als wir über Fe-wo direkt gebucht hatten, wussten wir nicht, daß das Appartment von der Agentur MarbellaHolidays inseriert wurde. Uns wurde in dem Gebäude ein Appartment von der Agentur zugewiesen. Wir bekamen nicht das was wir auf den Bildern gesehen und auch deswegen gebucht hatten. Für Leute mdie nicht mehr ganz so jung sind ist das Appartment 418C nicht geeignet. Werden nie wieder über diese Agentur buchen. Appartment war für das gebotenen viel zu teuer.

Emplacement idéal de l'édifice et de l'unité # 713;nombreux bons restos à proximité,espaces verts...

Nous recommandons fortement cette propriété à tous . Un seul très très petit bémol au fait que le préposé à l'accueil n'a pu nous accueillir en anglais et qu'il faudrait clarifier la procédure pour le stationnement . Hormis ceci , c'était quasi parfait . Merci à Daniela

Todo un diez salvo que tal vez faltó repuesto ropa de cama y toallas y que las camas y sofá muy cómodos no son . Cheap but you get what you pay for

This is difficult to review. The room was cheap in comparison, so it would be unfair to compare it to a Hilton hotel. The plusses are the location, pool is great for the kids, it's a good size for a family of 4, and we had a great time there. The only negatives are the flat is due a refurb. It's just starting to show it's age a bit. But if this means it's cheaper it's fair enough. So to summarise if you want a cheap break in a good location, and don't mind dated decor then his should be ideal.

El edificio es viejo, pero tiene buenas instalaciones (piscina, jardin, bar...) y está bien ubicado. El apartamento muy bien, comodo y buenas vistas.
