The location of SKOL was exceptional… beside the boardwalk and Mediterranean Sea and close to a wide variety of eateries. It was close to groceries and city buses and in easy walking distance of the “Old Town” area. We frequently enjoyed our morning coffee on the sunny balcony. The circular stairs were a challenge for us.. as we are seniors. The kitchen area was confined and very basic.Overall, the unit would be terrific for a short stay and younger visitors..We are looking forward to returning to this location next year.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the stairs which has and "L" form but in a Duplex of 72m2 the owner couldn´t do it in another way.
We manage a diverse portfolio of over 100 holiday properties throughout the year. You did it good to contact us and the apartment you´ve booked for next year is without stairs.

Our first visit to Marbella, and it was incredible. Will definitely return. The apartment was perfectly located steps away from the beach and along the boardwalk which we used daily. The apartment was very comfortable, although the kitchen was very small if planning on doing any significant cooking other than breakfast. However, with all the wonderful restaurants close-by you probably won't want to be eating in anyways. Only complaint was no parking, and the nearby lot was convenient but expensive.
