Totally refurbished and new to the rental market, this 8th floor penthouse has stunning views over the Marbella Marina and beach in one of the best locations on the coast. The south facing terraces give you views of the marina, beach amd paseo and on a good day you can see Africa.
Located in the well known Edificio Mar de Alboran, the penthouse comprises a large lounge/dining room and two bedrooms with en suite facilites. There is a private parking space with lift access directly to the apartment. High speed internet with wifi provides Euro/UK TV and 7 day catch up with access to the living room and master bedroom smart TVs
Moments from the beach, restaurants, bars and the Paseo Maritimo which offers miles of beachside walking. The lovely Old Town of Marbella and Orange Square are just a few minute walk away and the ferry to Puerto Banus is right in front of you.
There is a lovely rooftop garden and swimming pool, accessed by stairs almost outside the apartment door, with stunning views to the mountains and coast. The pool will only be warm enough from May onwards, depending on the weather.

Wonderful Marbella location

This very well appointed apartment is in a fabulous location in Marbella Excellent communication from Hosts before, during and after stay. Lots of first class restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beaches Sunrises and sunsets from the balcony were marvelous All in all we had a great time

Great Location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our view (wonderful), and the proximity to the beaches and restaurants. Rooftop pool was great! The condo is spacious and very modern.

Perfect location and amazing sea view

The appartment is perfect. There is everything you need and the view on the sea is amazing. Nice pool on the roof and appartment fully equipped. Will certainly come again !!

Wonderful weeks holiday

Spotlessly clean, fully equipped apartment. Superb location for shops, Old Town, beach and day trips. Enjoyed the roof top pool most days and generally had the pool to ourselves. Many thanks to Janina for the lift on our last day to the Bus Station.

Lovely apartment, great location

We spent 9 great days in Marbella in this lovely apartment and would love to come back again. Light, airy and well equipped with two balconies and access to rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Comes with a bit of outside noise but that’s the central location.

Stellar patio!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a working vacation. It was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and the view from the balcony was outstanding. As mentioned by the owner, it gets noisy because this apartment is in the heart of Marbella. Simply bring earplugs and you are set for a great stay.

A perfect apartment

Our second time in this apartment. A perfect location close to everything. It’s clean, bright and beautiful with a wonderful view. The pool is almost private, hardly ever anyone else there. We will absolutely return again! Thank you Henry, Peta and Janina!

Fantastic apartment with wonderful views

This is a fantastic apartment with everything you need for either a short or a long stay in marbella. The apartment is light and airy and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and well managed by Janine. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed having a cocktail on the balcony. I’ve travelled extensively and i felt this was the most thoughtfully equipped apartment I’ve stayed in. With huge thanks to our hosts.

Family holiday 2021

Great location, amazing views. Central to everything. The bedrooms are next door to each other with glass partition and blinds which gives some privacy but not much. Maybe ideal for younger kids but we had our 14 and 17yr old. To get light to their room you need to open the blinds adjoining both rooms. Other than this, it was excellent.

Lovely location

Very nice apartment. A few niggles. Safe wasn’t working. Bed pillows could have been better. Bath towels/sheets in poor condition and should have been replaced! Caretaker needs to treat the pool regularly. - Not just when he saw it being used.- It was initially cloudy. To enter the building the code was changed before we were informed which made it impossible to enter the building! However, the balcony views with the comfortable chairs were wonderful! quite mcl

Hi Irene Many thanks for the review. We are arriving in Spain in two weeks so I will be checking out the safe, which should be working and certainly the bedding will be replaced if necessary.. The code is changed each week for security and I apologise for the glitch in timing. The concierge usually does a great job and a pool can become cloudy while its being managed. Meanwhile, I pleased the chairs and the view were up to scratch ! All the best Henry

Great location

I loved this property came here for my birthday.Big open plan living room n kitchen.the balcony has an amazing view of the harbour nice to just sit n chill there.The roof pool is not big but nice.it would have been nice if it had some shade area as your in the full sun all the time. Only one thing that i found annoying was the air con meter .you put 1euro in that last 4hrs but if you switch it off when you go out n come back its gone to zero when you switch it back on.The other thing is the toaster is really small you cant fit bigger slice bread in it only square small slice bread.Having said that i would still return back to this apartment it was nice modern and clean. Janina lady who was managing this property came to meet us when we arrived she was very helpful and you could always contact her on whats app.overall had a great stay here.

Very central location overlooking Marbella marina.

Well equipped and very clean. Great central location. Panoramic 180 degree views. Two useable verandahs. Access to rooftop pool and sunbathing areas. Two bathrooms with walk in showers. Two lifts. Air conditioned (takes Euros). No baths. Second bedroom borrows daylight from main bedroom via clear glass partition - may pose privacy issue but has roller blinds on both sides of partition. I was able to award 5* because there were only two of us. Some noise intrusion from bars in marina till late if you leave patio doors open. Overall if you want a well equipped, clean central location with ready access to bars, clubs, prom, restaurants, beach and shops you can't go wrong if you can work around borrowed light issue.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Aussicht in zentraler Lage, nur ein paar Minuten vom Strand, der Promenade und der Altstadt von Marbella entfernt, vom Hafen gegenüber fährt regelmäßig ein Katamaran nach Puerto Banus.Auf Grund der Lage ist es auch am Abend und in der Nacht etwas lauter, mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber vollkommen in Ordnung.Der Check-In war problemlos und sogar früher als geplant möglich und der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr freundlich und bemüht.Die Tiefgarage ist sehr praktisch, da die Parkplatzsuche in der Gegend lästig sein kann, es ist dort aber wirklich sehr eng, ein kleines Auto (wir hatten eine Kompaktklasse) ist hier von Vorteil.Den Pool auf der gemeinsamen Dachterrasse haben wir nicht genutzt, hier könnten ein paar Renovierungen die Dachterrasse aufwerten.Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung, eine kurze Prüfung vor Check-In hätte geholfen, um die letzten Kleinigkeiten perfekt zu machen - nach unserem Hinweis wurde sich hier aber sofort gekümmert und auch Henry hat sich sofort persönlich gemeldet, was wir sehr zu schätzen wissen!Insgesamt eine hervorragende Location für Menschen, die in Marbella gerne "mittendrin" sein möchten, wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

El apartamento está en un lugar privilegiado pero los cristales de las ventanas y espejos en general sucios, estuve hace dos años y la ropa de hogar era la misma pero muy deteriorada especialmente las toallas de color naranja y sábanas blancas y negras , todo estaría mejor en blanco ,no había gel ni champú ni tollos del wc ,es un apartamento caro como para no cuidar estos detalles

Gracias por tu reseña Nuria. Es muy decepcionante. Parece que había jabón y papel higiénico, pero no mucho más porque Janina no tuvo tiempo de salir a comprar más... querías venir lo antes posible. Lamento lo de los espejos, pero las ventanas son un asunto diferente. Limpiar las ventanas a 40 grados no es fácil, pero siempre haremos todo lo posible para mantenerlas limpias, incluso cuando no haya mucho tiempo entre huéspedes. Reemplazamos las toallas y la ropa de cama cuando es necesario, no antes. Y en cuanto al precio, como un ático moderno en primera línea con estacionamiento y piscina, creo que nos encontrarás bastante competitivos. Parece que no se aprecia el esfuerzo adicional que hizo Janina a petición tuya para volver al apartamento para recuperar dinero para ti y luego concertar una cita para conocer a tu hermano. Como dije, es muy decepcionante.

Perfect stay!

On a beaucoup apprécié l’endroit/l’appartement , situation idéale et avons profité en fin de journée à la piscine sur le toit, magnifique vue. L’appartement est très bien et beaucoup de clarté. Les salles de bains sont petites mais ça nous as pas dérangés. L’espace cuisine/salon très ouvert avec beaucoup de fenêtre. Les proprios et la manager fut très rapide a répondre à nos questions. Je recommande cet endroit très centrale de tout. La vieille ville de Marbella n’est qu’à 5-7 minutes de marches.

Great apartment

Great space with everything you might need for your stay . Fantastic view..Very quiet with your neighbours in the same block but there is significant noise from the bars below despite being on the 8th floor. Unless you sleep the sleep of the dead this is the price you pay for the great location. Would stay again but earplugs required or sleep in the second bedroom!
