A truely wonderful experience

The apartment was very well equipped perfectly situated and the host Susan went to great lengths to help and assist in any way possible. The whole trip was highlighted by the incredible terrace ,for dining and sunbathing all in all an unsurpassed holiday made possible by a thoughtful and caring host.

A place in the sun.

What is great about this property is that it was quiet, away from the hustle of a big city. Susan’s guest/guide book is exceptional and helped us plan our days as well as give us the details needed to make our stay great. We are already talking about coming back with friends.

Paradise in Marbella!!

My husband and I always wanted to go to Spain. So I began researching properties in October and it took me months to find the perfect place. Our host Susan was fantastic. She has literally everything that you could possibly need in the condo. The pictures are exactly the way it looks, very clean, spacious balcony, overall just beautiful. A Dream Come True

If we could give more than 5 stars, we gladly would. Everything about the unit was thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, large refrigerator, sharp knives (it’s a pet peeve of mine). But the view! For years, when I closed my eyes, this was what I always envisioned. We spent days enjoying food and wine and watching the beautiful Mediterranean. This is officially our place the next time we return to Marbella.

Lovely property with amazing view

Upon arrival the first thing that hits you is the expansive view over the sea, viewed from both inside the apartment and from the huge roof terrace. This is a view you will never tire of. The accommodation was really lovely with neutral colours giving it a quality feel. Everything was very clean inside, immaculately laid out and attention to detail. Susan was a fantastic host and made the process easy from start to finish. The local area is very leafy and felt safe. In summary everything was great, we will definitely return as we love the penthouse, its privacy and most of all waking up to the amazing view and sound of waves each day.

Sublime sea views from the Apartment itself (which btw is exceptionally well equipped) & absolutely sensational from the VERY large and VERY private terrace. Communication and support from Property Owner / Manager (Susan) was exceptional from start to finish & the ‘on-line’ Guide a comprehensive & invaluable resource, particularly for first-time visitor to this particular area of the Costa del Sol. My wife & I would not hesitate to Book again at some point in the future and we will cherish the memories of time spent @ The Honeymoon Penthouse for many years to come. As a footnote: we can concur with Susan’s Restaurant Guide recommendation for The Beach House it may be a little € £ pricey but you will NOT be disappointed with either the food nor the location !

This compact studio has everything you need for a great stay. It has been renovated to the highest standard and everything is thoughtfully planned from the plugs for charging laptops and phones to the smart TV to the electric blackout blinds. Very private and quiet. The stunning and huge terrace gets sun all day long and is full of furniture - sofas, chairs, tables, sun loungers and it has an outdoor shower. You could stay on that terrace for days! You see the ocean and sunrise from your bed. You can hear the waves as if they were just next to you. Stunning panoramic view and sunsets over Gibraltar and the moroccan coast. Lots of fabulous waterfront restaurants walking distance. We had no problem parking our car within the gates at all times in the off-season.

Perfect- Simply Perfect

Susan is literally the most thoughtful and supportive owner that I have ever had the pleasure of renting from. Seana was a delight from the moment she flagged down our driver to help unload. She went out of her way to help when my husband’s health was complicating the situation. Their communications prior, the incredibly useful handbook, her thoughtfulness everything that it takes to make your stay wonderful. Add to that a condo layout that maximizes every single drop of storage space for your belongings. In this space you will also find every conceivable item that you might need during your stay. The tiny sewing kit saved my husband’s favorite shorts, the can of holding spray saved my hair. And the there is the incredible tiny kitchen that will be a shining example of what I want in my future tiny house. Fingers crossed. Brilliant stay. Amazing views. Great terrace. It’s got it all folks, grab it if it’s available.

Helt igennem perfekt.

Fra vi bookede lejligheden til vi tjekkede ud igen var alt 100% i orden, al den information vi skulle bruge, kom løbende fra Susan. også under opholdet kom det løbende info.Modtagelsen var super god.Lejligheden var super flot, den har ALT man har brug for, og udsigten er fuldstændig fantastisk, sol hele dagen, 180 grader havudsigt. Tagterrassen har MASSER af plads, udendørs bruser hvis man skal køles ned, muligheder for overdækningen for solen. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket os mere. Alt er som beskrevet og så lige lidt mere. Vi kommer helt sikkert gerne tilbage.

Ein ganz besonderer Ausblick

Hallo liebe Susan, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es hat an nix gefehlt. Die Wohnung war genau so wie beschrieben. Sie war sauber, der Empfang herzlich, sie haben uns alles erklärt ....wie man zur Wohnung gelangt und was es zu sehen gibt. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Terrasse und der Blick vom Bett aus aufs Meer. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Gut gefallen hat uns auch der lange Strand und obwohl es Winter war hatten viele Chiringuitos (Strandrestaurants) auf und wir konnten mit Meerblick zu Mittag oder Abend essen. This is such a beautiful property! Susan (the owner) has gone the extra mile to ensure guests have a perfect stay. The apartment is not huge but it is absolutely perfect! Every single design detail is perfect. As for the terrace, well it is huge! We were greeted by Gonzalo who was so friendly and welcoming. He took the trouble to show us everything we needed for our stay. The photos and the description are 100% accurate and we will definitely come back as soon as we can. We stayed in this elegant apartment for a week in October and we would rate it 5 star. It was amazing. The panoramic views from this penthouse apartment are just magnificent and the best we’ve ever seen in our 25 years plus visiting the Costa del Sol. The very large terrace was well equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, large corner unit, a bistro set and a much needed canopy for shade - we enjoyed many meals and drinks on the terrace looking out to the sea. The apartment itself is attractively decorated in light colours and has everything you need: a large comfortable bed, small dining area, comfy couch, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, a safe, beautiful lighting and a great shower. It is equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and even a modern charger for your mobile phones - the owner (Susan) has thought of everything. It has a good range of kitchen equipment, nice selection of drinking glasses and all you need to make it a ‘home from home’. Towels: beach, bath and tea towels were provided. We used most things (except the oven) and all was in perfect working condition - the wifi is excellent and also works well on the terrace - we used our own sign on for Netflix. The lift to the Apartment is extremely close - just around the corner.. The complex and apartment we found to be quiet and very private. It is very safe as entrance to the complex is manned by a security guard and entrance is only accessible by using a fob and private gate code. We had no issue with finding a parking space. There are 4 or 5 swimming pools in the complex but unfortunately during October some of the closer ones to the apartment were closed. The gym was also closed. Susan was a great hostess, she sent us messages in advance of our arrival to explain the entrance codes, and she met us at the apartment and even checked in with us (by text message) during our stay. Susan also left contact details and a full user manual (which can be downloaded by bar code). The location of the complex is excellent, being only steps from the beach and many restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and we will certainly be returning.

This is an excellent property with a fantastic view over the beach and ocean and a magnificent large veranda. Fantastischer Ausblick

Wer einen traumhaften Ausblick liebt, der ist hier genau richtig. Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang, prächtige Farben vor der Kulisse von Gibraltar und Marokko von der tollen Dachterrasse aus beobachten. Das Appartement ist zwar nicht so groß, aber perfekt eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind super bequem und beim Aufwachen genießt man den Blick aufs Meer. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Vielen Dank auch an die tolle Betreuung der Vermieterin.

When we first saw this apartment we couldn't believe the fabulous terrace. The studio is compact and easy to live in, bright and sunny with sea views and privacy. The rooftop space is absolutely stunning. Totally private, no overlooking neighbors. Magical from sunrise to sunset.

The indoor living space is compact but since you have so much outdoor space, it is very comfortable. You can spread out and don't feel cramped! It makes for a true Honeymoon experience. You can keep your living space streamlined by putting your suitcases and other large belongings in the storage cupboards outside.

Cuando vimos este apartamento por primera vez, no podíamos creer la fabulosa terraza. El estudio es compacto y fácil de vivir, luminoso y soleado con vistas al mar y privacidad. El espacio de la azotea es absolutamente impresionante. Totalmente privado, sin vecinos con vistas. Mágico desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer.

El espacio interior es compacto, pero como tiene mucho espacio al aire libre, es muy cómodo. ¡Puede extenderse y no sentirse apretado! Es una verdadera experiencia de luna de miel. Puede mantener su espacio vital optimizado colocando sus maletas y otras pertenencias grandes en los armarios de almacenamiento exteriores.

Pero lo que más nos gusta de esta propiedad es la tranquilidad y la privacidad, ¡después de permanecer aquí es difícil ir a otro lado!
Este ático no tiene vecinos a ambos lados, está amurallado y es completamente privado. La terraza recibe pleno sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer. Disfrute de la ducha en la terraza y los sofás y sillones todo el día. Despiértese con la vista del mar y el horizonte en este romántico nido de amantes.

Eso piso es comodo para 2 personas, tenemos 1 cama. Todos parejas son bienvenidas. No aceptamos grupos de amigos, no se puede invitar gente de fuera, no somos equipas para aceptar ninos.
