"Our stay at this villa by the beach was truly unforgettable. Thelocation couldn't be better—just steps from the shore, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets and peaceful morning walks.The villa itself was beautifully maintained, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. Nice, small house close to the beach

Nice stay in a well-equipped house. Unfortunately, the second big bedroom is just a converted balcony (therefore poorly insulated -> very hot in summer). But overall a recommended place to stay!

It is a great place for 6 people. The sleeping couch is not comfortable. Maybe it was broken. The facility manager has promised to check before the next people move in. Else everything was good the Kitchen provides all necessary even wine cool box. We will come back for sure

Wir sind schon viele Jahrzehnte immer wieder in den verschiedensten Apartments oder Häusern gewesen. Aber dieses ist eindeutig das best ausgestattetste,das wir je hatten. In der Küche war sehr viel Geschirr vorhanden, sehr viele liebevolle Accessoires, genug Gläser für jeden Anlass, Vasen, Bratpfannen, Grillpfanne, alles, was man halt für einen Haushalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, mit allem, was man benötigt , um sich wohl zu fühlen. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Wir hatten es ein wenig kühl, da wir im Februar hier waren, aber wir konnten gut heizen. Auf der Veranda gibt es auch einen Elektrostrahler für kühle Abende. DieVeranda kann man aufmachen, es gibt Glastüren, die können zur Seite geschoben werden, wenn es kühl ist. Der Blick aus den Schlafzimmern im oberen Geschoss ist einmalig, hinter der naturbelassenen Düne sieht man das Meer. Auch von unten ,im kleinen Garten ,ist das Meer zu sehen. Der Strand ist wunderbar und Kilometer lang. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, wurde gerade renoviert als wir hier waren. Das Schwimmbad war eingelassen, aber natürlich im Februar war das Wasser zu kalt. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig, da es fußläufig keine Geschäfte gibt. Das nächste Geschäft ist ein Aldi circa drei Autominuten entfernt, bei dem wir einen fantastischen Thunfisch bekamen, den wir mit einem schwarzen Risotto Reis zubereitet haben. Ein guter Wein dazu und der Blick zum Meer hinaus, einfach ein Traum. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Notre séjour à Marbella a été tout simplement merveilleux ! La maison est idéalement située, presque sur la plage, avec une vue à couper le souffle sur la mer. Nichée dans une zone paisible en octobre, elle offre une atmosphère parfaite pour se détendre. La terrasse, avec ses rideaux blancs flottants, donne sur un charmant petit jardin où l’on profite du bruit des vagues et du soleil andalou. L’intérieur est élégant, avec un beau sol en marbre, la climatisation au rez-de-chaussée et des ventilateurs à l’étage assurant un confort parfait. Tout y invite au farniente et à la douceur de vivre. Une véritable parenthèse de bonheur au bord de la mer ! Merci à Paula et à Gerardo pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Dünenlandschaft. Dementsprechend ruhig und erholsam ist die Lage. Ein schöner Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Sejour parfait

La résidence est très agréable, sécurisée et calme La maison est idéalement située, à côté de l accès direct à la plage mais aussi proche d une des piscines de la résidence sans les inconvénients ( la piscine derrière la maison donc pas de bruit) Tout est très propre et fonctionne parfaitement, la cuisine est super équipée de matériel récent avec suffisamment de vaisselle et d ustensiles, la terrasse vue mer est géniale Nous avons reçus par Paula qui gère les entrées et sorties: communication super agréable et plus que sympathique Pour les courageux, le centre de Marbella étant à 5km par les pontons de bois, il peut etre rejoint à pied ou en velo: promenade agréable sans monotonie.. en taxi c est 10€ .. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir l année prochaine👍 Encore merci à Paula😉

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Wir haben im September 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus direkt am Strand verbracht. Es war alles sehr sauber, es ist ausschreichend Geschirr vorhanden, Tiefgaragenstellplatz steht zur Verfügung und auch Strandstühle bzw. Sonnenschirme existieren. Handtücher und Strandtücher standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück und manchmal auch das Abendessen haben wir auf der schönen Terasse genossen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Weg zum Strand ist sehr kurz. Paula war sehr hilfsbereit, stets erreichbar per WhatsApp.

Wunderbare Lage mit tollstem Meerblick

Die Anlage liegt direkt am Strand und hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant in der Nähe. Der Pool liegt unmittelbar in der Nähe des Hauses und bietet ein ruhiges Plätzchen zum Entspannen. Im Haus gibt es alles, was man braucht, vom Handtuch bis zum Kochtopf und allem Drumherum. Zur Altstadt von Marbella sind es nur 5 Minuten, in die Berge 10 Min, Málaga und der Flughafen sind 35 Minuten entfernt.

Direkt am Strand

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Man kann zu Hause auf der Terrasse direkt hinter der Düne sehr schöne Stunden verbringen oder halt am Strand oder am Pool. Alles ist schön sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche, Waschmaschine, TV, WLAN, easy Parken). Wir wurden sehr freundlich schon mehrere Stunden vorm Check-In empfangen. Zu viert hatten wir sehr viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Woche. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful stay

My family and I stayed here when my mother was hospitalised nearby at Hospital Costa del Sol. The house was a perfect escape during a very stressful time. The views of the sea, beautiful garden and immaculate home provided much needed comfort and tranquility. I would highly recommend!

Lovely family home by the sea

Paula is a lovely host, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The house is situated right on the beach and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The proximity to the restaurant and the parking is brilliant and highly convenient. Travelling with young children, Paula was very helpful in finding us a highchair to use. We felt the property would benefit from a stairgate at the top of the stairs and some plastic cups and plates for little ones. The enclosed garden was a huge benefit with young children. The first time we swept, we were a little surprised by the amount of animal hair we found (given we were not travelling with an animal!) and the hoover had little noticeable suction. The garden layout is slightly different to the photos - now having a mud border all the way around. You do need a car at this location, but supermarkets, restaurants etc are only 10 minutes away. Marbella or Fuengirola are easily accessible and have loads of activities and amenities available. The beach is blue flag and is very popular with kite surfers.

Schönes Haus am Strand

Die Lage des Hauses ist kaum zu schlagen. Alle Räumlichkeiten sind nett eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist wunderbar. In den Betten lässt es sich sehr gut schlafen. Die Urbanisation ist gut geführt und sehr gepflegt. Paula, die für uns zuständig war, ist einfach große Klasse. Vielen Dank nochmals für ihren tollen Einsatz.

Fántastica casa con vistas al mar.

Hemos pasado unos días en familia en un entorno ideal, una casa preciosa y super cómoda con salida a la playa. Además de contar con todo lo necesario, encontramos todo limpio. Nos llevamos una grata sorpresa ya que la casa es aun mejor de lo que muestran las fotos. Seguro que volveremos.
