Special familyfriendly prices for this beautiful villa with pool, near the beach

The villa is located, only 50m from the beach and with a private pool. It has a cosy living and dining room. A well equiped kitchen and brandnew bathroom (installed November 2023) make it a very comfortable villa. There is one double bedroom. Then there is another double bedroom with a curtain leading to a third bedroom with a bunk bed. In case of more people, it is possible to make a bed from the sofa in the living room. For babies, there is a cot available, as is a high chair. The house has its own parking space, extra free parking is available in the street. The nice terrace with barbecue will give you the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful garden. Artificial high quality grass has been placed which, unlike natural grass, can stand the heat and feels soft and comfortable. The private pool is beautiful and very well maintained. There is free Wifi available.
There are several fine restaurants in the neighbourhood, near the beach. The owner will send a guest document after booking with lots of tips to make sure you will have an excellent stay in a very nice environment.

Really super house, great location so close to the beach! Air con is excellent, there is one in each room and two in the living room/kitchen so you can stay cool even in August. Thanks for an excellent stay

A lovely little villa nestled in a quiet, safe community and with walking distance access to restaurants and some lovely beach bars (and supermarket). The host was very accessible to solve a few issues quickly and this makes all the difference.

Wonderful location for a family

The property is ideally situated or families and couples alike. It is a five minute stroll to the beach with some great beach bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Enclosed mature garden with lovely pool.

Relaxing Stay

Ideal for what we were looking for - a week away chilling in the sun. Located in a quiet area and very private with enclosed wall. Nice restaurants a short walk away. Lovely pool. Well equipped kitchen. Late check out at no extra charge. Relaxing stay. Good value for money. Thank you.

Lovely property for families with kids

Lovely villa, ideal for families with children. Very safe walled property with good pool and garden. Sleeps 8 people (bunk bed for 2 children only - although the listing shows an icon for 2 bunk beds there is only one but the sofa bed is large and comfortable and would sleep 2 adults). All ameneties for cooking/washing clothes. Car parking space inside villa garden. Had a great stay would 100% reccomend!

We had a great time

We had a great time at this villa, it is a great size, has everything you need, the pool is lovely especially lit up at night. There were some minor issues, things could have been a bit cleaner and garden more well kept but this seems to be more a problem with the property manager. The owners are very helpful and responsive and do their best to sort things out. The area has a few wonderful restaurants, especially Triana. The best part of the beach happens to be the nudist part, but that just gave us one more thing to remember it by.

Great villa in an excellent location!

We have just returned from a two week stay at this lovely villa. It really is as pretty as the photos suggest! The garden and pool are particularly beautiful and well maintained. We were also very impressed with the surrounding area which is very pleasant and extremely safe. The villa is in a really pretty residential road, and although it is extremely peaceful there are several lovely restaurants within a short walk – all with great sea views and excellent food. It is also a pleasant walk along the beach to Cabopino harbour which has several lovely restaurants. Marbella is a short drive away, or easily accessible by bus. The villa owner is extremely helpful, and there is a local agent to meet you on arrival at the villa and help with any problems during your stay. We would definitely choose this villa again, and would recommend it to everyone!

Underwhelming, needs TLC

Unfortunately a disappointment upon arrival - looked very run down, car port door didn’t work, large areas of mud where it should be grass around the pool, rubbish from previous guests present in bins, un-trimmed trees and hedges. We needed a high chair and cot - neither were usable (dirty and broken) and we were told the mattress for the cot was ‘with another client’ so we couldn’t have it for our 1 year old. Sun beds unusable - covered in dirt and patches of grease. Outside table needs to be replaced - stained and burnt. The location is the saviour of this property - great beach (1 min walk) and restaurants close. Needs a thorough clean, paint and refurb on simple things like furniture, retractable canopy, bbq shelves, crockery, vacuum. Huge potential, but wasn’t well looked after for our visit.

We had some issues with our properte manager. In the meantime, this is solved. And we made a lot of renovations since then. The house had been painted shiny white again, the car port is painted nice dark grey and the motor is replaced so it is working like it should. We installed a new refrigerator, new ac's, new sun beds and a new awning. We replaced some furniture and the baby cot is back. In the fall of 2023, the bathroom will be renovated. After that, the house will be like a holiday home should be: very attractive.

Super Haus, uns hat alles sehr gefallen. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist für Marbella optimal und die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt mit kleinem Kind. Hier und da sind ein paar Sachen nicht mehr 100 Prozent in Ordnung, darüber kann und muss man bei dem Preis aber hinwegsehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nous venons régulièrement a Marbesa et c est vrai que beaucoup de maisons soyffreng des travaux environnants.cette maison etant au fond d une imoasse, est relativement epargnee Maison tres agreable, tres bien equipee , que ce soit en ustensiles de cuisine, vausdrlle, cafetieres, bouilloire, lave linge lave vaisselle..terrasse ensoleilkee avec bbq dont nous avons pu profiter memle fin Décembre avec des temperatures dexreve Je recommande Nous auruons aime rdvenir en octobre, mais deja loué !!

Great holiday!

Lovely holiday in a great area with a few good restaurants and very close to the beach. We hired a car which is necessary if you want to explore. The villa has everything you need, my only constructive feedback would be that parts of it are a little ‘tired’. New cushions outside and better kept gardens would make it much more appealing. It was great overall though
