The very large, covered terrace offers plenty of space and ample seating, has direct access to the pool and garden, and can be enjoyed year-round thanks to a sliding glass wall and an electric patio heater.

The villa, along with its large, fenced-in property and a secluded section of the garden, is available for your exclusive use. Thanks to the house’s elevated location, you’ll enjoy a stunning 180° view of the deep-blue sea.

You’ll be renting the entire house. The entire ground floor, with a total area of approximately 180 m², is available for your use. The upper floor is locked off.
