Property in heart of Old Town Marbella; can feel the love and energy of this town. Parking nearby in a for pay underground facility around $32.00 per day if have rental car. Property right above restaurants and amazing movie like scene balcony over looking the square. Great little kitchen and good bathroom to clean up.

Wonderful apartment amongst the oranges

This apartment is a super cute, spacious and well appointed studio. Great kitchen, views of the square in a great location. Management professional with excellent communication. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

Our Visit to Marbella

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was great and covenant and we felt safe. Bus stop was close. No shortage of places to eat or shop. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

On the Square in Marbella

The apartment was exactly as advertised with a wonderful view of Orange Square in Old Town of Marbella. The apartment was very clean & well maintained with terrific water pressure in the shower & the bed was very comfortable. In addition, the washing machine worked well, the wifi worked extremely well, & the kitchen was perfect for me with a good-sized refrigerator. My communication with the property manager was excellent as she responded almost immediately to any of my inquiries. I very much enjoyed my time in this Marbella apartment.

Nothing short of Amazing!

This location was very convenient! Overlooking the Plaza de Los Naranjos (we loved the balcony as well) so you can walk just downstairs and enjoy any of the restaurants, gelaterias or the live music. Some guests comented about the noise from being situated above the plaza, but honestly, we didn't even notice it after the first night. It's only short walk from the beach/pier or cab/Uber pick up. The property was very clean with a nice kitchenette (which we didn't use because there were so many great restaurants to eat at!) A great cooling system which we didn't need all that much and fast Wi-Fi. The host was very easy to get in contact with when we had questions and was very responsive and attentive. We would stay here again when back in the area!

Emails for checking in arrived too late. Emails to welcome us arrived after we left.air conditioning unit needs service as water was leaking throughout the night onto the floor. AC was needed during night as duvets too heavy.The kettle lid was broken and kettle did not turn off. Care was needed not to scald on steam with an open lid..The shutters were not able to shut properly as bolts painted over, so noise level was pretty high. The duvets were not a light summer weight, far too hot, a sheet covering as choice as well as a lighter duvet would have been appreciated.The apartment was lovely, light , airy and everything there to have an enjoyable comfortable stay on the whole.
