Private, rent GROUND FLOOR at 200 mt. from the sea with free or private beach. 1 bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe and white lacquered bedside tables. A small bedroom with 2 SINGLE BEDS WHICH AT THE COMPREHENSION IS TRANSFORMED INTO A DOUBLE BED, living room with sofa, kitchenette with oven, fridge with freezer, display case equipped with everything needed for the kitchen: stainless steel pans, plates and glasses, cutlery , a bathroom with hot shower also outside, TV. washing machine, air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows. Outdoor shower covers for mattresses and pillows, sofa covers, bathroom rugs. Large outdoor areas, PRIVATE PATIO with: stove for outdoor dining, outdoor chairs and table, fireplace, hot shower even outside, deck chairs, 2 sun loungers.

    Bellissima casa

    Il soggiorno è dal 31/08 al 10/09 ...è stata una bella vacanza, la casa per noi è stata favolosa, con 2 bambini di 3 e 5 anni avere tanto spazio all'aperto per mangiare cucinare rilassarsi e farli giocare era proprio quello che ci voleva. Inoltre da parte dei proprietari tanta disponibilità, cortesia e serietà.

    Vacanza da ripetere

    Appartamento confortevole, abbiamo iniziato in 4 e poi si è aggiunto una quinta persona. La posizione relae dal mare è a più di mt. 200 come descritto. Vari servizi raggiungibili a piedi e non distanti. Discrezione e cortesia da parte della titolare la Sig.ra Angela Santamaria.

    Belissima villa a due passi dal mare del Salento

    Il mini-residence gestito dai gentilissimi proprietari, la Sig.ra Angela e suo marito, è per ogni aspetto eccellente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Dimensione ottima per famiglie, con possibilità di cucinare e pranzare all'esterno, nell'ampio giardino ricco di vegetazione. Comodissima la doccia all'aperto, e all'interno gli spazi sono molto confortevoli. Ci si sente immediatamente a casa e bene accolti. Consigliato per chi vuol stare bene, fuori dal chiasso dei villaggi turistici. Riccardo Loconte

    locazione ottima

    ottima locazione e ottima la proprietà e molto disponibili , ottima la pulizia e l'arredamento. Ho invece trovato un pò dismesso il paese rispetto agli anni precedenti

    Il residence e' pulito e ben gestito.

    Bellissimo posto vacanze con mare splendido raggiungibile a piedi, il clima sempre mite non piove quasi mai ideale per famiglie. Abbiamo 4 figli e da Milano ci rechiamo in estate a Lido Marini al Residence delle Rose, questo e' il 3 anno di seguito ed e' ideale per staccare la spina dalla citta' caotica. E' un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare tutto il Salento. La struttura e' tranquilla e ben gestita da persone cordiali e gentili. Lo consigliamo vivamente se amate il mare la pulizia e il bel sole.
