Stoa Luxury House with Unique Jacuzzi Room

Just a short minutes drive away from the magnificent beaches of the south coast of Crete, lays Stoa Luxury House, a brand new property that has been constructed with high quality materials and attention to detail. It is decorated with a blend of vintage, rustic and modern aesthetic and unique pieces of furniture.
The property has taken its name from the small arched hallway, called stoa in Greek, which is located underneath the house. At the end of that hallway a staircase leads to the first floor and the entrance of the house. Entering the property you come across the living room area which provides a big and comfortable sofa, a cozy fireplace and a 55” HDTV with home cinema. A wireless charging station is also placed in the living room so that all portable devices can be charged easily.
The kitchen of the property has a distinctive vintage style with dark green cupboards and a one of a kind dining table made of cast iron and wood. The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay in order to prepare your meals (oven, electric stove, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juice maker, blender, dish washer, dishes and cutlery, cooking utensils). All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new and match its vintage style.
The size of the property makes is ideal for couples or a family as it has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a queen size bed while the other one has two single beds that can be joined together in order to form a king size bed. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, 32’’HDTVs, open closets and storage room for clothes.
We have given great consideration to the choice of the mattresses and the pillows, as our primary goal is our guests to enjoy a comfortable and restful sleep after a long day of exploring the Cretan nature and beaches. We also provide top quality silk-cotton bed linen, towels, covers, duvets and bathrobes.
The bathroom of the property has a walk-in cabin shower. A hair dryer, free toiletries and a washing machine with dryer are available in the bathroom too.
There are two balconies with furnished sitting areas at this property. The first one is at the front of the house while the second one is accessible via one of the bedrooms. Next to the balcony at the front part of the property we have created a small shaded porch with a charcoal BBQ and a dining area where you can enjoy your meals any time of the day.

On the ground floor along the hallway a special room is devoted to our guests’ relaxation and features a heated spa whirlpool for 2 people, a 55’’ HDTV, a fully loaded wine cooler and a cozy seating area. Spoil yourselves with the hydro massage of the spa whirlpool and choose a wine from our wine list (with extra charge) to accompany your relaxing moments.
Stoa Luxury House is designed to welcome guests all year around as it is equipped with air-conditioning units which serve heating purposes as well, a beautiful fire place that heats the whole property, convectors and a wood-burning heater in the spa whirlpool room.
For safety reasons an alarm system, two outdoor cameras and fire detectors are installed in the property. Furthermore two parking spots are available for our guests just 20 meters from the house.
