Upstairs, there are five bedrooms - one of which must be passed through to reach another - along with an additional bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. A charming balcony offers lovely views, while a covered terrace by the entrance provides a perfect spot to relax outdoors, with a man-made pond. Bräcke municipality is renowned for some of Sweden’s best fishing waters. Just 300 meters from the house lies a lake with a boat mooring, where you can rent both a boat and an outboard motor directly from the owner.
