*** LAST MINUTE AVAILABILITY DUE TO CANCELLATION JUNE 1-10th! Nestled on the side of a 4BR Villa, our little "mother-in-law" apartment is a perfect weekend getaway retreat. Perfect alone or with that special someone, this apartment is a jewel. Brand new with sitting area, kitchen, beautiful bathroom, and only steps from the beach. This one-bedroom apartment with a Queen bed is rented often together with the full villa (4BR) but if the main house is rented separately or we are there and don't have family or guests, we'll let you in on the biggest kept secret in OG. Amazing quality in comparison to the price of a hotel room at the Asbury Hotel. Come for a weekend, check out the Stone Pony or Madam Marie's! But then come to the quiet. You'll fall in love with Ocean Grove.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the AC up to 78 when you leave or when you are going out for more than two hours. The apartment cools very quickly.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please hose off all sand from your feet prior to entering (there is a tent hose directly next to the house) as sand will damage the hardwood floors.
Kitchen is only for "light cooking", open kitchen window to vent. If cooking results in residual smell or extra cleaning, damage fees will apply.

The property is charming! It is well-appointed throughout, with tastefully curated fixtures and accessories in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is a short walk to the beach through the beautiful Victorian block. We were there for the Ocean Grove Choir Festival, and the Auditorium was just a short walk away!Our host was attentive and responsive, and all of the instructions were clear and accurate. We had a great experience, and would happily stay there again!
