Rustic and spacious! The villa offers peace and quiet amidst the greenery of the French countryside. The newly built villa of 160 m² has a large garden and spacious terrace with dining area. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The indoor dining area has a large wooden table with 8 chairs. The outdoor dining  area on the terrace has a large table with 8 chairs. The living room has a high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and large windows overlooking the garden. All windows have wooden shutters outside and curtains inside. Parking spaces for several cars are available in front of the house.

Het is een fijn rustig park, het huis waar wij verbleven heel ruim met een grote tuin en leuke moder

Het is een fijn rustig park, het huis waar wij verbleven heel ruim met een grote tuin en leuke moderne inrichting. Park is netjes verzorgd met goede wegen, paden en groenvoorziening. Parkfaciliteiten voor (jonge) kinderen zijn goed aanwezig maar voert niet de boventoon waardoor het park ook gewoon rustig is als je daar behoefte aan hebt, je kan hierdoor prima een dag in en bij het huis blijven zonder weg te moeten om je te kunnen vermaken. Voor ons is dit alles perfect!

Heerlijke woning goed zwembad

Het huis is heerlijk, ruim en leuk ingericht. De tuin is groot en het park rustig. Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad is niet heel groot maar verder prima. In de nabije omgeving is niet heel veel te doen behalve golfen.

Super semaine en famille pour Noel

Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille avec petits, ados et grands!! Maison très confortable bien agencée et très agréable. Calme absolu et environement agréable. Nous reviendrons! Merci au propriétaire de son super accueil! Suggestion : une petite table et 2 ou 3 tabourets dans la cuisine seraient d une grande utilité plus un grand plat de four supplémentaire!

Séjour Agréable

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans la villa Poitou qui est plutôt bien aménager. Quelques points sont quand même à amélioré. D'abord outre la barrière de la langue, la communication avec le loueur à été compliqué, nous commencions à soupçonner une arnaque car nous somme rester sans réponse pendant deux semaines. La procédure d'entrée dans les lieux est un peu limite, en prévenant avant nous n'avions pas de réponse en arrivant sur les lieux. Nous recherchions un emplacement isolé pour embêter personne ce que laissait penser l'annonce, or nous étions dans un lotissement type village vacances ce qui n'étais pas mentionner. L'équipement de cuisine n'est pas adapté à la taille des plaques et le ménage semble un peu superficiel (toile d'araignées dans les lampes, et trace de vomi sur la terrasse). Au delà de ces remarque nous avons apprécié notre weekend dans la villa Poitou et nous avons passé un bon moment. Merci pour votre accueil
