Cosy home in the middle of nature

This was a very nice stay! Clean, spacious and elegant. All appliances functioning well and we had everything we needed. As it is in the middle of nature, it was so charming! The first morning we found a big old turtle wandering around in the yard, and we had the company of two adorable kittens. The sky is so big and we could watch the sunrise from the sea just by sitting in front of the house. We would stay again, loved it!

Short Holiday in Sardegna

It is a very nice and comfortable house. Everything is quiet new and works very well. The communication with luigi is very easy. We enjoyed our stay in Cuile Novo. There are only two pojnts which could be better. There are two young cats, which are always around you and jumping on your table, even when eating. The shower was cold and you have to adjust the "Vaillant" operation panel to get warm water :-).

Vacances au paradis de Stintino!

Cette maison est au milieu de nulle part pour une ambiance calme, sauvage. Nous étions coupés du monde tout en étant à 5 min d'une des plus belles plages de Sardaigne. La maison est très chaleureuse, moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaires! Nous y reviendrons c'est certain!

Tolles Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage

Ein wunderbares Objekt, sehr modern und geschmackvoll hergerichtet, mit allen wichtigen Dingen eingerichtet, schönes Bad, Außendusche und gemütlichen Möbeln auf der Terrasse. Super Mückenschutz, da alles mit Gaze-Rollos ausgerüstet ist. Eine himmlische Ruhe, gelegentlich wurden wir von Schafen und Kühen besucht. Zufahrt zum Objekt überraschend gut.

Tranquillità a due passi da Stintino

Se cercate tranquillità a due passi da Stintino (e dalle sue spiagge) questo è il posto adatto. Ex ovile completamente ristrutturato dal proprietario con arredamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i servizi necessari per un piacevole soggiorno (appena concluso). L'ottima posizione permette di raggiungere la spiaggia della Pelosa in pochi minuti di auto ma anche di effettuare escursioni interessanti verso altre destinazioni come Alghero, Capo Caccia e Castelsardo. In zona si trovano buoni ristorantini dove poter cenare senza essere "spennati". Luigi (il proprietario) si è dimostrato sempre disponibile e fonte di utili informazioni turistiche.

An exceptional holiday stay

Luigi’s house is stunning! It has everything one might need for a long stay: dishwasher, washing machine and a great amount of kitchenware. The air conditioner and the outdoor shower make the place perfect for the hot summer days. Furthermore all windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets. The location of the house is great if you wish to visit the famous La Pelosa beach. In addition the surrounding area on the west side of the coast provides a lot of smaller beaches to explore, which are great for snorkelling or watching the sunset. You might would need a car in order to go to the different beaches and also for shopping etc. since the location is a bit remote. Hence it also makes it a great place for real relaxation. When we visit Sardinia again, we would love to stay here once again!
