LOCATION:
Top priority ......this Blue Runner really property is located at the Beach Access. The convenience of this property location cannot be stressed enough; the beach access points are limited. Property is close to town, activities and grocery stores but away from the high rise congestion.

SIZE:
The house sleeps 17 with a very spacious & open floor plan.
First Floor:
* Family area with 3 couches and arm chairs
* Full stocked kitchen, dining and bar area that accommodates ALL GUESTS for meals
*Keurig and std filter coffee maker (pot)
* Beautiful king bedroom with balcony
* Full bathroom

Second Floor:
* Primary king bedroom & ensuite bathroom with balcony,
* Queen bedroom with balcony
* Bedroom with 2 full beds (sleeps 4) with balcony
* Bunk room that sleeps 5. Plus a small couch.
* Double sink full bathroom with a privacy door for the toilet/shower area

FEATURES:
* Enormous saline pool directly out the front door as part of a small 5 unit complex
* Waterpark with timer (also right out the front door)
* High Speed internet & Wifi TV's in every room to access your streaming account
* Full size Washer & Dryer in a full laundry room (not a hall closet)
* Two portable twin mattresses (instead of broken sofa beds) to be placed as needed
* Free covered parking for 3-4 vehicles. Add'l paid street parking.
* EXTRA storage room REFRIGERATOR/FREEZER for overflow drinks and bags of ice.
* Ground level storage room with chairs, beach cart, umbrella, beach/pool toys, boogie boards, floatation devices, buckets, and cooler. Condition of these items vary, but this is an extra that most don't provide.
* Board games and player
* HOT WATER enclosed outdoor shower
* Charcoal grill
* Pet friendly: $250 PER pet. Must disclose to host; Add'l pet fee to be added after booking. ($750 fee for non-disclosure)
* Ground level picnic table for outside dining
* Freshwater rinse and restroom at beach access
* If you have little ones or looking for a different beach setting, there is a fantastic lagoon pass beach just to the West (see picture).
* Linens and bath towels are provided. "Starter" soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel roll and trash bag are also provided. Bring your own beach towels!
* Keyless Electronic Door lock

Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all trash inside and out. Leave broom clean.
Important: Please respectfully return all the items in the outdoor storage room neatly (empty carts of sand/ trash, toys back in bins, hang chairs). Thank you!

No smoking in house. Guests will be charged $150 for any cigarette butts left on the decks or thrown on the ground.
Bedroom furniture is explicitly NOT to be moved. Guests that move bedroom furniture moved will incur a charge of $200 for damages.

Fabulous stay!

There's nothing not to LOVE about this property and its location. There was ample space for our group of 13 and the location is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The kitchen is stocked above and beyond, SO many beach toys, outdoor shower, very nice pool, and great area to explore. We hope to return!

Came into the house and it was quite dirty. We hadn’t gone to the beach so we weren’t covered in sand yet couldn’t not wear socks because sand was all over our feet inside the house.

We had a real Nice time. We felt like we were in a nice protected area despite there being a tropical storm! It is a place that a large family can relax and have fun.

This is our third year staying here. The location and amenities couldn't be better. The pool outside the front door or the 2min walk to the beach kept everyone happy all week. The house is great for families of all ages. We look forward to many more trips here!

We had a great stay at this location. It’s an easy walk to the beach. The beach access is just across the road. Condo was clean and well kept up. The kitchen is very well stocked! The shared pool was great! Lots of beach stuff in the storage room.

Family of 14, with 3 under 3, had a great time!

Everything was excellent, the space, the cleanliness, the LOCATION, the comfort. Two, very minor things to note - a few of the beach materials in the closet were in near-unusable shape - particularly the umbrellas and wagons. Also, the pictures show rugs in each room, but they are not there any longer.

Fantastic house

Great location, perfect size, 8 adults, 8 children (3-7), Enough beds, open concept kitchen, dining and living space. Each bedroom had a balcony and were used a lot. Nice shaded area with a picnic table and outside shower was used daily

Perfect spot. Ages 3 months to 70 . 13 of us. Plenty of room. Walking distance to beach. Enjoyed the pool also. Great family time.

This house was so close to the beach with easy access. The pool was in good condition and used a lot. The beds were all comfortable. The bed/bath ratio was convenient for us. We had zero issues, wonderful experience.

Need to update the beach supplies. Chairs were moldy, and broke along with the beach umbrella and pop-up tent. We did not bring extra beach gear because it was stated that it was provided. Doors do not shut completely and we were short on sheets for the bunk beds. We did enjoy our time at the property and the location was fantastic.

Close to the Beach

We had a great experience. The beach house accommodated our family of 9–all got their own bed and there were a couple more beds to still occupy others! The pool is right downstairs and there’s plenty of seating around. Beach access is across the street and they graciously allowed us to use their wagon/chairs. Bring plenty of sunscreen!!!!

Perfect location for the beach

The house is directly across the road from the beach access and we never had trouble finding our own area to spread out in. ( We had 10 people) The pool was perfect to wind down in after a day at the beach. The house had plenty of room for all of us and we never felt cramped. Our only concern was there is no door in the “bunk room”. All in all it was the perfect house for us

Great Location with direct Beach Access

We stayed in Unit 6 in this quiet neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the unit very clean and well kept. Highly Recommend. Host was prompt with questions we had and responded almost immediately. We were here in start of November 2023. Would have liked to had a heated pool. It was a little bit nippy. 😂 Thank you

We enjoyed ourselves BUT I was under the impression we would be able to see the beach so that was disappointing...sure if you stand on the balcony and tilt your head to the right to look between 2 buildings you could kinda see the beach Not good for people that have a hard time with stairs ... lesson now learned

Space and Location Good

Condo good size for large group. We had three couples and easily could have held 4 kids. Floors could have been better swept and towels and sheets older with stains, but overall fine for our needs. As older couples, we like to sit on patio with our coffee in mornings, patio furniture inadequate for that purpose. Location to beach very close and made it in and out to shrimp festival with ease. Storage while we did not use, had toys, chairs, wagons and great parking under condo. All other renter were very friendly. Pool ok but weather to cold for use. Would recommend for younger couples with kids for easy access to beach. Just need updates to sheets, towels and outdoor furniture.

Wonderful!

Everything was perfect! We had 17 girls and everyone had a place to sleep! The location was perfect along with the pool! The whole booking process was easy and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone! I know we will definitely be back!

Why they chose this property

Hard to find this combination of space and location to the beach. No waiting for an elevator. The pool is fantastic and we love the space under the house to hang out cooking on the grill. The open floor plan is great for entertaining.

What makes this property unique

The large storage is great to keep stuff!! This house has all the amenities for a great beach vacation... we provide, 6-8 chairs, beach cart, cooler, tons of beach toys.
