Situated in a peaceful location, offering wonderful sea views, Villa Viviana has a large private terrace with Jacuzzi (heated) and is surrounded by a private Mediterranean garden. Just 500 metres away from the little town of Torca, where you will be able to find a grocery store, restaurants and bus routes. From Villa Viviana it is also possible to reach Fiordo di Crapolla on foot, for a nice trekking day, as well as Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi town, reachable by foot in just 900 metres. A car is in any case recommended in order to enjoy the many beauties this coast has to offer, such as: Sorrento (9km), Positano (15km), Amalfi (25km) and much more!

The house develops over two levels and 200 sq.m

On the upper floor we have the living area, stylishly furnished with a dining table and chairs, TV, a kitchen area and one double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, electric oven, kettle and other small appliances. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the lounge, you’ll have access to the terrace with sea view. There is one bathroom with bath tub and shower, accessed from the corridor.

Taking an internal stair down (16 steps) we find the lower level where we have the main sleeping area:
• Bedroom 1: Four-poster bed, air conditioning and heating. Access to terrace with table and chairs. En suite bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle
• Bedroom 2: Double bed, air conditioning and heating. Access to terrace with table and chairs.
Separate guest bathroom with toilet, accessed from corridor.
• Bedroom 3: Double bed, air conditioning and heating. Access to terrace with table and chairs. En-suite bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and shower cubicle.

Outside, we have a large private terrace with table, chairs, sun lounges, a beautiful hammock and Jacuzzi (heated) for 4 people. There is also an outdoor shower and a barbecue.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, induction stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric oven, kettle, hairdryer, barbecue, coffee machine, iron, private parking for 2 cars.

Please bear in mind that access to the villa is via a narrow street, which is only suitable for small vehicles (e.g. Fiat Punto). Alternatively, there is a public car park just 400 m from the villa, although you will need to pay to park here.
