My Rental Homes - Villa Fulvia with infinity pool, garden, panoramic view

Villa Fulvia is a large panoramic property immersed in the greenery. The villa can be reached through a small country road, it has extensive terraces spread over thousands of miles of land covered by olive trees and the Mediterranean vegetation.

Villa Fulvia is ideal also to organize small events and weddings.

As soon as you enter you will find a dining area with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a tastefully furnished living room with a comfortable sofa and direct access to the garden.

On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.

Going up a few steps, you reach the sleeping area which consists of 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. From two of the bedrooms, you can access a very large panoramic terrace where you can admire a stunning view of the sea and the mountains.

The villa also boasts vast and spacious outside areas with a lovely infinity private pool, a Jacuzzi and furnished patio.

Finally, the villa has parking space for 3 cars.

Rental Rules
Upon confirmation, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required, while the final balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the arrival date.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Check-in: from 3.00pm
Check out: 10am
Maid service 3 hours a day included

Extra costs to be paid in cash upon arrival:
Final cleaning €300
City tax € 4,00 per person per night (over 18 years old only)
Late check-in fee from 9pm to 11pm € 40,00
Cot on request 30€ per stay

A security deposit of 500 € must be paid in cash on arrival and will be returned on departure less any charges in the event of damage.
