Villa Mediterranea spans three floors, each thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort, privacy, and scenic views.



Ground Floor

Independent Living Area: Accessible via a private entrance, the ground-floor living area includes a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, providing a cozy and comfortable setting.

Double Bedroom: Designed in a contemporary style, this bedroom offers modern comforts, ensuring a restful stay.

Patio Access: Step out onto a furnished patio with an outdoor kitchen, creating the perfect spot for alfresco meals while overlooking the garden and pool area.



First FloorMain Living Space and Kitchen: Enter the main entrance on this floor, where you’ll find a stylish dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated laundry area. The kitchen opens directly to the garden, allowing for easy access to the pool.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms: This floor includes two spacious double bedrooms with panoramic views, two charming French-bedded rooms, and two bathrooms with handcrafted ceramic tiles and walk-in showers, offering style and functionality.



Second Floor



Master Suite: Ascend the internal staircase to a luxurious suite with a private double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The suite opens onto a panoramic terrace with sophisticated lounging furniture, offering a serene spot to unwind and take in the stunning sunset views.







Outdoor Spaces



The outdoor areas of Villa Mediterranea are designed to immerse guests in the Mediterranean’s beauty, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment.



Infinity Pool and Sun Lounging Area: The infinity pool is surrounded by sun loungers and offers unobstructed views of the turquoise sea, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation under the sun.



Patio with Outdoor Kitchen and Dining Area: The main patio includes a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen, ideal for enjoying alfresco meals with family and friends while soaking up the picturesque surroundings.



Panoramic Terrace: The upper terrace on the second floor is furnished with designer lounge seating, making it the perfect vantage point to enjoy breathtaking views of Li Galli Islands and the Mediterranean Sea.



Pool opening season: From 15th March to 15th November.



Pool Heating: Available upon request, pool heating is offered from 15th March to June 15th and from September 15th -to November 15th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Arrival and Check-In Information



Check-in time: Between 3:00 pm and 10:00 pm. For any delays, please contact us to arrange for late arrival as additional fees may apply.



Check-out time: By 10:00 am.



Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Available upon request, depending on availability, with an additional fee.

Events and Gatherings: Villa Mediterranea can host select events with prior approval. For weddings, photo sessions, or other special gatherings, please contact Feeling Italy as additional fees may apply.



Private Chef and Catering Services: Any external services, including private chefs, must be pre-approved by Feeling Italy. Unauthorized services are not allowed.



Accessibility: Due to the multi-level layout, Villa Mediterranea is not recommended for guests with limited mobility or wheelchair users.



Parking: The villa provides parking for three cars; a small-to-medium-sized vehicle is recommended due to the narrow access road.
