This villa was fantastic! The location, the beautiful views, the cleanliness and the facilities were all outstanding. We were a family of 12 travelling and Yulia could not do enough for us. Meeting us when we arrived, driving us to the supermarket on the fist day, offering the honesty box facility for drinks and then cooking an absolutely delicious family meal on the second night. She was a fantastic host and ensured we had the best stay possible. Yulia recommended Giuseppe from Capritours for a private boat trip to Positano and Amalfi along the coast. This was awesome and again Giuseppe could not do enough for us to ensure we had a fantastic trip. We would highly recommend and would definitly stay again. Nerano was such a beautiful destination and a haven away from the crowds. Thank you Yulia and Salvatore. x

Great house with a great location

Salvatore and Yulia were always quick to respond with questions and advice. Ther house was very clean and had everything we needed. Yulia cooked a fantastic meal for us one evening. We had drivers take us to Amalfi, Positano, and Sorrento. you will definitely need a driver or a rental car. This house is a outside of town, but there are restaurants that you can walk to. There is a marina that you can walk to. We took a boat from there over to Capri for a day.

5 Night stay in June 2024

We absolutely loved this property and location. I would not hesitate to book it again. It will not disappoint. We had a total of 9 people and there was plenty of room with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are numerous outdoor living spaces all with tremendous views. Salvatore and Yuliya are outstanding hosts. The property is about a 10-15 minute walk to Marina Del Cantone where there are numerous restaurants, ferries to Capri, Amalfi and Positano. We also hired a private boat tour for our family from this marina. Salvatore had the property stocked with beer, wine, water and some food in the refrigerator so you don’t have to waste time going to the local markets. The prices were extremely affordable. The hosts will also connect you with drivers to take you anywhere you want which we found very convenient if you don’t want to worry about parking. Lastly, we hired Yuliya to cook for us a couple of nights. She is an amazing cook and handled our gluten allergy with ease. You will definitely be impressed with her cooking and the prices were also very reasonable.

Excellent family vacation

The property is exactly as described. The landscaping and views are gorgeous. Salvadore arranged for two rental vans for our family for pick up at the Rome airport and several excursions. Antonio, one of the van drivers is phenomenal. Salvatore also arranged for two daily rentals of a boat to take our group a Long, Amalfi, Coast, and then the second one to Capri. Giuseppe, the manager for the boat company is also outstanding. He picked us up and drove us back from the marina. Yuliya , pronounced, Julia, prepared three meals for us, which were all delicious and well worth the money. if you decide to charter a boat, request Ernesto as the captain. The Villa did come equipped with some food, items and coffee.

Incredible stay on the Amalfi Coast

We couldn't have asked for a better stay in Nerano. The beach and restaurants were a very manageable walk away. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was strong and necessary for the heatwave during our visit in July. The pool was excellent as well. Salvatore put us in touch with a boat driver to explore the coast by water, which was a definite highlight. Perhaps the best element of our stay was enjoying meals made by Yuliya. Highly recommend all of the above! Hope to be back.

Stunning villa

Salvatore’s property is absolutely beautiful. We had a group of 8 staying there and had a lovely time. He arranged for us to have in-house dinner the first night and the chef even used fresh tomatoes picked from his garden. The views are amazing and Salvatore was a great host. Very responsive and kind and well liked through out the community. All the restaurant owners on the beach had great things to say about him when they found out where we were staying. I would absolutely come back!

Stay in Nerano

Beautiful villa! Was everything we hoped for. We were a family of 9 with plenty of room for all of us. Thanks to Antonio and his colleagues (recommended by Salvatore) we had easy and convenient taxi transfer to and from Positano, Port of Maiori and Pompeii. Yulia cooked a phenomenal dinner. Agree with the previous reviews of it being an excellent meal! Great location - within walking distance to the port. Would readily stay here again if traveling to the coast again in the future!

Great place for a large group, a little remote

It is listed as 6bed 6bath but there is actually a main house with 4bed 3bath and an adjacent casita that’s 2bed 2bath so really 6 rooms (one with two singles, better for kids) and 5 baths. The house interior is basic but clean. Check-in was seamless, Yuliya met us there to give us keys and a tour. When we had an issue with the water heater one day, Salvatore immediately came and fixed it, so the hosts are definitely responsive. The beds are a bit firm. The kitchen is very small but adequate. The outdoor spaces are really the draw for this place. Pool was perfect, even in October. There are gorgeous views but that comes with the place being a bit remote. Would highly recommend renting a car if staying here so it’s easier to explore Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. A cab from Naples is about €200 one way. Taxis into Sorrento or Positano range from €80 to €150 each way depending on the time of day. Yuliya can help coordinate a taxi if needed. They all use WhatsApp, and I recommend checking prices with several each time because the prices can vary widely. I highly recommend having Yuliya coordinate a homemade dinner classic for the region, made at the house for you. Very reasonable price and delicious, definitely worth it. Also highly recommend doing a private boat tour day (or two) to see things from the water- again Yuliya can provide you with a referral, but there are also many you can find just by going into town, there are signs and stands (again, get multiple quotes and ask for a cash discount). Overall, we absolutely loved our time here and would definitely recommend it, but probably would choose somewhere a bit closer to one of the main towns next time (maybe sacrificing views)- although only 3mi as the crow flies, it takes about 40min to get into Sorrento and about the same to Positano, and about an hour for Amalfi.

Perfection!

From the moment we arrived Salvatore & Yuliya were accommodating and welcoming. They met us at the front door and even helped with our luggage when our driver didn’t pull close enough to their home. Their property is authentically amazing. We were visiting with 10 people ranging in ages from 15 months to 70 years old. The property was clean, well maintained, and very spacious. We were each able to have our own space within the home with plenty of options outside to relax. There are multiple decks set among fruit trees & a garden with a breathtaking view. We spent much of our time at the property because of this. The area is removed from Sorrento which was a blessing for us since we were had a very hot & busy stay in Rome to days before. Although having a car would be helpful, we managed to get by without one. We used the car services at the restaurants and boat rentals located 1/2 a mile down into the marina. Marina del Cantone was a wonderful place to holiday with a great beach & restaurants without the crowds. We took 2 boat trips from this marine with the help of Salvatore who introduced us to his friend Giuseppe. Both days were amazing and a highly recommended way to see the Amalfi Coast & Capri. So while this location may not be in a well recognized town (ie Positano, Sorrento) it is a fabulous villa with wonderful owners in a quiet but authentic location. We will be back!

Amazing house

The house and the host is amazing. There is a spectacular restaurant a short walk away. The Marina and its restaurants is 15 minutes walk down a walking path. The walk back up is fairly strenuous. If you like a secluded home with a nice pool then this is the place for you!

Heaven on Earth

This villa was absolutely wonderful for our large family. The view was five stars and the grounds were impeccable. THey were beautifully landscaped and included a wonderful, refreshing salt water pool. There were various levels for relaxing and taking in the view. Yuliya cooked us dinner two nights with fresh ingredients from their local gardens. Best accommodations and meals of our entire trip.

Amazing stay at Marina Del Cantone

We had an amazing stay in May 2022. There were 10 of us and the house was very comfortable. I cannot say enough great things about Yulia and Salvatore. They communicated with us, helped us with everything. Yulia cooked for us one night. The food was great and the experience was very special. The outdoors area and the pool are amazing. Enough chairs, space to spread out. The kitchen is very well equipped. Marina del Cantone is a very small village. There are only 4-5 restaurants at the the beach. You are away from everything. Only a couple of small grocery stores. Sorrento is 1 hour away by bus or car. Positano is also 1 hour way. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet but if you are expecting a crazy, happening place this is not it. We hardly recommend the villa and will be back!!!

Amazing Villa with Amazing Owners

There were 10 of us and no one could find one thing wrong with this place. This villa is exactly like the pictures. I will never look for another place to stay in this area unless this is not available. When we arrived Salvatore knew we had difficulties finding it ,after meeting us to help find it ,and he was gracious enough to take a couple of us to the store to get groceries so we wouldn’t have to drive , as the driving in this area is difficult. He already had a good stock of groceries for us there, which I though was incredibly hospitable. The views from this villa is heaven on earth, on any of the terraces. We didn’t even use all the terraces. The villa was spotless as were the grounds around the villa. We enjoyed the olive trees, peach trees,lemon trees and flowers that were meticulously maintained. My husband noted that there was not one broken tile on any of the terraces. Salvatore arranged a couple boat trips for us to Capri and Amalfi and had someone follow him to drive us all to the harbor and back! One day he arranged Yuliya to cook for us and let me tell you it was the best meal we had in Italy the entire 10 days. Our only regret is that we didn’t have her cook twice. I honestly cannot stress how incredible this place is. We will definitely be back!! We all hated to leave. Expect difficult driving in this area and very poor phone service but it is worth it. Salvatore is very good at communication and he sent me a google map of the directions but as I said the cell service is poor.

Amazing place to stay

All correspondence with Salvatore was clear and our questions answered promptly. The property was very clean, with an abundance of linens, towels, kitchen supplies, etc. Salvatore had generously stocked the fridge and cupboards with food for our use and even delivered pizza to us on our first night! The bedrooms and living areas are all outfitted with air-condition units, making for a comfortable stay. The exterior of the home is just as impressive, with a fabulous pool and many furnished outdoor sitting areas. We loved the view of the water from the roof at night--so beautiful. We felt very safe and the great location allowed us to walk down to the harbor/beach several times during our stay. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome property and host!!

First, the property - this villa has incredible views both day and night, and you can hear the waves crashing on the beach below. There were eight of us staying at the villa and there was plenty of space (at one point we noted that each of us could have our own terrace). It was obvious to us that a great amount of thought and care was put into the home and its landscaping. Nothing like a fresh lemon or lime in nice cold vodka & tonic! The Villa is within walking distance to the beach with several restaurants to chose from, and there is also a Michelin Rated restaurant around the corner that was amazing. This is an ideal place for a large family or group of friends to escape to, it was difficult to leave. Now for our host, Salvatore - Salvatore answered everyone of our emails, making sure that we would have a great stay at his villa. Due to some travel complications we arrived at the villa late in the evening. After showing us the property, Salvatore knew we were hungry so he ordered, picked up and delivered pizza for us! Need a ride to/from the airport or train station? No problem! Need a tour for the Amalfi Coast? No problem! Need a boat to take you to and around Capri? No problem! Salvatore put us in contact with people that were just as concerned as he was that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we did. We would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing, and Salvatore & Julia we’re fantastic!

Owners Salvatore and Julia went above and beyond - they arranged a boat tour for us of Capri, drove us back and forth, and also drove us to the market.....the villa is stunning, fully equipped kitchen, amazing pool, beautiful garden with fruit trees. And many terraces to relax or watch the stars at night. Just a gorgeous villa and area and would fully recommend it! Spectacular!

Amazing stay - highly recommended!

Everything about our stay was perfect and exactly as expected based on the property description, or even better! One thing that is not clear about the property is that it is QUITE large - the outdoor space is spread over several levels and several locations. This was ideal for us with a multi-generational/multi-family group - everyone could have their own space. Salvatore & Julia were incredible hosts - they organized a very nice welcome package of food and drink, which made settling in very easy. They had contacts for taxis, boats and anything else you could possibly need - this made navigating our time there very easy! And finally, they were always available for any question - big or small - and always helped us find an immediate answer. It was truly a dream vacation for our family and staying here made it all the more spectacular!!
