Villa Cartenì is a picturesque boutique villa with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples and the magnificent Amalfi Coast hillside. Designed over three floors, this exceptionally charming villa offers a unique sense of privacy with country decor and rustic charm. The sophisticated living rooms, kitchen and dining area are decorated with Italian antique furniture to create a unique and warm atmosphere. The bedrooms and the living spaces unfold into a series of elegant interiors with every comfort. The interiors open out onto a beautiful patio and terraces furnished with lounging furniture and a dining table for romantic candlelight dinners. The garden leads to an extended sunbathing relaxation area with awe-inspiring panoramas, a private swimming pool and a barbecue area.

POOL HEATING
Guests can request pool heating from April 1st - June 15th and September 15th - October 30th, with the temperature set at around 27°C. Please inform staff if you desire a heated pool during your stay.

DETAILED VILLA DESCRIPTION

Indoors: Villa Cartenì is spread over three floors, connected by an outdoor staircase. The main entrance of this historical villa leads to a spacious dining area decorated with Italian antique furniture, a traditional open-space kitchen, a bathroom, and vaulted windows with views of the patio and Mediterranean gardens. The dining area leads to two double bedrooms elegantly furnished with antique objects and countryside views.

The outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, featuring an intimate living space with country-style furniture, a comfortable double sofa bed, a traditional kitchen with access to the balcony, and a bathroom. To the right, a door leads to a spacious bedroom with two single beds and views of the charming countryside. To the left, another door leads to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The staircase leads to the second floor with stunning views from the terrace featuring lounging furniture. A door leads to the country-style dining area with a double sofa bed, a bathroom, an open-space fully-equipped kitchen, and a terrace with countryside and sea views. To the left, a door leads to a spacious double bedroom with access to the terrace, and another bedroom with two single beds and a spacious bathroom with a shower.

Outdoors: Villa Cartenì has a main gate entrance leading to outdoor areas and a smaller gate on the property side. The property features available parking facilities. The shaded patio surrounding the property, furnished for lounging and dining with a barbecue area, leads to the Mediterranean gardens and other al fresco areas. The garden extends to the pool area, furnished with sun loungers, a pergola, and an expansive lawn where guests can relax while enjoying the stunning views. The property is not recommended for guests in wheelchairs due to the stairway leading to the floors throughout the property.

Nestled in the picturesque area of Termini, Villa Cartenì offers an ideal retreat surrounded by the allure of the Sorrentine Coast and the Mediterranean Sea. This exclusive property provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, situated in close proximity to local shops and breathtaking destinations such as Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation, located just 5 kilometers away. Sant'Agata Sui Due Golfi is a mere 2.5 kilometers distant, while Massa Lubrense is 5.3 kilometers away, and Sorrento is a convenient 14 kilometers away.

Should you intend to use one of our villas or apartments for any type of commercial use, such as photo shooting or filming, please inform Feeling Italy of this at the time of booking. Such use will be allowed with Feeling Italy's written consent. Events, weddings, wedding receptions, or large gatherings on Feeling Italy's properties without written permission are not allowed unless specified in the description. Services provided by external suppliers, such as private chefs, and catering, among others, are not permitted in Feeling Italy properties. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event or service.
Any wood ovens available on Feeling Italy's properties can solely be used by the professional pizza chefs provided by Feeling Italy. Please contact Feeling Italy to enquire about the cost and availability of this service on the property of your choice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
In case of flight delays or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact our office or the property contact. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee. 
Check-out time is 10 am. 
Early check-in and late arrivals are subject to availability and subject to an extra fee.

TOURIST TAX

Some of the Municipalities where Feeling Italy villas are located apply a local tourist tax. The amount of this tourist tax is calculated according to the number of nights of your reservation. It varies depending on location and must be paid directly by guests before arrival, or on arrival.
