THIS APARTMENT IS BRAND NEW! TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR DISCOUNTED PRICES!
The apartment has a spacious living room of 30m2 with a large terrace and panoramic sea views. It counts 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom. There is plenty of storage space and cupboards. The apartment has central heating and air-conditioning in every room. It is child friendly with a highchair and a cot available. The kitchen is fully equipped. You have at your disposal a terrace of 20m2, directly accessible from the living room, perfect for private sunbathing or a romantic or family evening, with a privileged view of the Mediterranean sea. You have at your disposal a spacious private garden with a playground, a sports field and a large swimming pool and paddling pool. You have your own indoor private parking space although the beach is just 50 meters away!
This apartment is our second home and is not the typical holiday apartment dedicated to the rental business with furniture and equipment of poor quality.

A wonderful host with the perfect getaway!

Our host was amazing, any question we had he answered almost immediately. Check in and out was seamless.The location was great, we visited many destinations within an hours drive.

Wonderful host

The area was perfect for us as older couple to walk to nearby grocery store and multiple small seaside restaurant. The property was perfect, clean and comfortable and Maria was so hospitable. We had an amazing experience

Lovely and spacey apartment

We enjoyed our stay at the almost new apartment. It is only a few meters to the beach. The living room has huge windows making it sunny and light. Clean and comfortable!

June Holiday with Family

Lovely spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner/manager(and family) was very helpful. Great location for young children with the local beach sloping gently for quite away out. A few cafe's close by and some of the beaches had toilets and showers. However, as the apartment was so close to the beach this did not matter. Included car parking spot in underground garage was very useful as there was parking charges for the carpark and street parking. Local supermarket was about 1km away and other super markets shopping was a little further away. I think you could get away without hiring a car as the railway was quite close. Toddler pool and main pool were very clean and well maintained. There was a lifeguard on the beach directly in front of apartment. The area itself seems like a locals area and is not overrun by tourists. We would defiantly stay at the apartment again and really love the area.

Localisation ideale, accueil tres pro et reactif. Tout équipé avec en plus les draps et essuis. A refaire. Proximité des rails du train pourrait gener certaines personnes mais cela ne nous a pas empeche de dormir correctement.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekt gepflegten und sehr sauberen Apartment. Ed der Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns tolle Tips gegeben und uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Sehr angenehm. Die Lage und auch das Apartment sind sehr familienfreundlich. Wir waren mit 3 Generationen hier und haben es sehr genossen, dass die Großeltern ihr eigenes Bad-en-Suite hatten. So war es egal, wie lange wir als Familie im anderen Bad gebraucht haben. Auch in der Küche und im Wohnbereich ist das Apartment sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt und sogar noch mehr (z.B. extra Strandtücher). Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal Ed

Der Check In hat hervorragend funktioniert. Die Vermieter sind sehr entgegenkommend und haben einen sehr lieben Eindruck bei uns hinterlassen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist für längere Urlaube hervorragend geeignet. Wir waren knappe 4 Wochen hier und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles wie beschrieben und oftmals besser. Séjour agréable à Cubelles, le logement est idéalement situé, pour accéder aux principaux sites touristiques et à la mer. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, la literie est très confortable. Eddy et Maria sont très accueillants et très arrangeants. A signaler quelques nuisances par rapport aux trains et à la route à proximité.

Außergewöhnlich schöner Urlaub

Très bien situé

Tout s'est bien passé, appartement très bien équipé et situé proche de toutes les facilités, pour l'été la proximité de la plage, la piscine ou les jeux pour enfants seront appréciés!Vue imprenable sur la mer et très belle terrasse, nous y étions en décembre et c'était très agréable.

Sehr schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben und sehr sehr sauber! In ca. 50m ist man an einem sehr schönen Strand. Der Pool ist ein Gemeinschaftspool, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm ist. Der Vermieter war Mega freundlich und zuvorkommend!

La communication avec le propriétaire était tout parfaite et ils étaient à l'attente de nos écoutes. Super bel appartement spacieux et propre. Nous recommandons vraiment cet appartement. La gare est à une quinzaine de minutes à pied comme le carrefour. Petits restos sympas au bord de la digue.

Mooi appartement aan zee.

Wij hadden een prettig verblijf in het appartement van Eddy & Maria. De kinderen hebben van de binnenplaats genoten ( speeltoestellen en zwembaden). Diverse eetgelegenheden op loopafstand. Het strand op steenworp afstand was zeer aangenaam ( ideaal voor wandelingen). De host is zeer behulpzaam en meedenkend. Bedankt voor alles en tot gauw!

Sejour bord de mer proximité gare avec train pour Barcelone

Tres bon sejour avec bel appartement vu sur mer avec accès direct à la piscine, aire de jeu et city stade. Idéalement placé pour profiter de la mer, taragone et du train pour barcelone. Appartement bien équipé avec 2 salles de bains et parking en sous sol sécurisé. Accueil très sympathique. Même s'il n'y en pas la nuit les trains sont proche de l'appartement. Cela n'était pas dérangeant pour nous mais c'est bien de le savoir avant. Très bon séjour pour nous.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen. Sie ist schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub mit Familie braucht. Von der Terrasse aus sieht man das Meer. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Ed ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziges kleines Manko: die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer Straße und an Bahnschienen, was aber nicht weiter gestört hat.
