The third bedroom is also on the first floor and has full size bunk bed, dressing table, wardrobe and bedside table, along with a Juliet balcony that overlooks the rear garden, with views of the famous Varsity Hotel roof terrace. Next door to the third bedroom is the large family bathroom, with a bath (incorporating a full size shower screen), a sink and a toilet.
The main room on the ground floor is split into two open-plan sections. From the light-filled ‘study’ area at the front of the building, you can watch the world go by along Portugal Street through the large curved window, or catch up with some paperwork while sitting at the bureau writing table; while the living room itself is perfect for unwinding after a busy day of sightseeing, and contains a 55" smart TV, a coffee table, and two large sofas, along with patio doors that lead to a balcony area - with steps down to the garden.
