The Old Brewery House is located in a private Mews with the added luxury of complimentary parking, accommodating up to 6 guests. Located in Kemptown, it allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere with easy access to the beach and amenities on your doorstep. It is a great place to relax and create lasting memories. Guests can make use of the wifi and smart TV, allowing them to stream their favourite shows and movies from platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Not suitable for stag & hen due to it being situated in a quiet residential area

• Kitchen - Facilities include an oven, hob, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and fridge freezer.

Open plan lounge and dining space. Large dining table with 6 chairs. The 50-inch flat screen SMART TV means you can connect to iplayer, netflix etc. Large sofa bed and funky coloured accent chairs, throughout this house you really will feel the Brighton vibe.

Good stay but few improvements could be made

We really enjoyed our stay but a few things could be improved. 1 the bathroom could do with dinner improvements. No where to put anything and could do with a refresh 2. Some lighting on the way up to the house. It is a long dark walk at night

Decent and close to the town centre

My kids and I had a nice stay in the property. 20 mins walk into town so it’s ideal. The gates are a bit of a faff and the bathroom could do with an update but we had a good time
