Atico Solarium CITY Hall is a spectacular flat with terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the third floor with lift. It is located in the most important square of the city, San Juan de Dios, the Town Hall.



A few steps from the flat you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops ... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city.



On entering the flat you will find a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, an open plan kitchen and a bathroom. From the living room there is access to the bedroom, where you will find a queen-size bed and storage space. From the bedroom, there is access to 2 private terraces, one covered and one solarium with sun loungers and equipped with a cold water shower.

Great Location; solarium and terrace not very usable in summer

Great location right on the main square. It is easy to walk everywhere in Cadiz from the apartment. We were there 9 nights in July. Main drawback is that in the summer the Terrace is unusable except late at night because there is no shelter from the sun. Also the solarium can get extremely hot. The AC does not extend there. We asked for two fans. The owner provided one; and we had to buy one. We also had to buy an umbrella to use horizontally to reduce the amount of sun in the solarium. All that took time to organise but it was necessary. Without the use of the solarium and terrace, the living area of the apartment is very small. This may not be a problem outside summer months.

Hello Annie, Thank you for your trust. We are glad to know that you liked any aspect of the apartment. The terrace has a porch as a shelter from the sun. Obviously, the porch is open-wide so AC does not extend there nor the terrace but, if you close the living's window, AC extends properly. We respect that you wanted to get wind even on the terrace, that's why we accept to buy a fan only for you. Honestly, I think you should take into account our collaboration. The solarium has a sunny part (it's a solarium) and a shady part (porch). You wanted to have a longer shady part, that's the only reason why you had to buy an umbrella. Taking into account the regular requiremente based on the ad, it's not necessary to buy any additional item. Regards, Laura.
