Apartment 1 on the ground floor of our house has two bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable couch and a dining area, a separate kitchen and bathroom (shower / toilet).

A sunny, south-facing terrace adjoins the living room. Here you can already have your breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.
In the tourist community of Elmstein in the heart of the Palatinate Forest, we offer you three comfortable holiday apartments. - Perfect for everyone who likes to hike, bike, or just want to enjoy the wonderful nature and prefer a cozy travel home with self-sufficiency. Our house is quiet, right on the edge of the forest, making it the ideal starting point for hikes in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Palatinate Forest Nature Park.

Our apartments are comfortably furnished and offer space for two to four people with one or two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and shower / toilet. A south-facing terrace or balcony adjoins the living room. Here you can already have your breakfast in the summer months or end the evening after an eventful day with a good glass of Palatinate wine.

Relax and unwind after an eventful hike or bike ride in our sauna in the basement of our house. ..... Or just take a day off!

All three apartments each have separate entrances from the outside. The corona-related distance rules and contact restrictions can therefore be adhered to without any problems.

You can rent one of our garages for your car or park it on one of the outdoor parking spaces.

On request, we can offer a bread roll service from our local baker. In the cellar of our house we have an extensive range of drinks - including wines from the German Wine Route - ready for you.

Für ruhigen Urlaub perfekt.

Wohnung und Grundstück sind supergepflegt. Umgebung ist Natur pur. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Leider ist es schwierig, in der näheren Umgebung essen zu gehen. Viele Lokale sind geschlossen. Ansonsten perfekt !

Urlaub in Elmstein

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Küche könnte etwas größer sein, allerdings für 2 Personen durchaus ausreichend. Terasse vom Schlafzimmer u. Wohn-Esszimmerbereich erreichbar. Sehr schön war es, täglich auf der Terasse zu frühstücken und das es einen Brötchendienst gab, so dass wir jeden Morgen mit frischen Brötchen frühstücken konnten. Der zur Nutzung gefüllte Getränkekeller war auch nicht zu verachten. Außerdem erkundigte sich unsere Vermieterin, trotz ihrer Abwesenheit, mehrmals ob alles rechtens wäre. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit dort und fanden alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Durchdacht eingerichtetes und gemütliches Urlaubsquartier

Unsere zwei Urlaubswochen in der Ferienwohnung Nr. 1 haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung liegt zur Südseite hin und bietet von Anfang an einen großzügigen und behaglichen Eindruck. Im Wohnzimmer wird der Gast von schönen Sitzmöbeln, einer Essecke und ausführlicher Urlaubslektüre erwartet. Im Flur und in zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es viel Platz für Urlaubs- und Wandergepäck. Eine gut ausgestattete Küche, Getränkekeller, Waschküche und ausreichend Stellplätze runden das Angebot ab. Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig und kann auf jeden Fall weiterempfohlen werden.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, die Infrastruktur der Gemeinde Elmstein ist mangelhaft.

Die Ferienwohnung ist so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Sie liegt unmittelbar am Waldrand, ist sehr ruhig, und der Garten mit Terrasse sehr geschmackvoll angelegt. Die Einrichtung ist harmonisch und gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Der einzige negative Aspekt ist die unübersichtliche und kleine Küche, die wahrlich nicht zur Selbstversorgung und Kochen einlädt. Es gibt absolut keinen Stauraum für Lebensmittelvorräte und auch die räumliche Trennung von Besteck und Geschirr ist sehr gewohnungsbedürftig. Der Brötchenservice war eine einzige Katastrophe: Am ersten Tag war Fehlanzeige, am zweiten und dritten Tag kamen die falschen Brötchen. Erst nach persönlicher Intervention klappte es dann an den restlichen Tagen. Die Selbstversorgung mit Lebensmitteln ist aufgrund der mangelhaften Infrastruktur der zur Gemeinde Elmstein gehörenden Teilorte sehr aufwendig. Im Ort gibt es nur die besagte Bäckerei und einen Metzger. Die nächste erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeit für weitere Lebensmittel ist in Lambrecht, ca. 13,5 km entfernt. Für eine freudige Überraschung sorgte unsere Vermieterin, da wir bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung auf dem Tisch vorfanden.

Alle verwachtingen waargemaakt in een schitterende omgeving. Leuke service met een drankenkeldertje tegen goede prijzen. Aanrader voor wanneer je rust zoekt en van wandelen houdt.

Ruhige Umgebung, sehr sauberes Haus.

Wir sind nun schon zum vierten Mal im Moserhaus und finden dort alles vor, was man so braucht. (selbst das, was man nicht braucht ). Frau Moser achtet sehr auf Sauberkeit , der Garten ist gepflegt, die Sauna und ein kleiner Weinkeller runden das Angebot ab. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Appenthaler sind alle herzlich und der Wald liegt direkt vor der Tür. (Man kann stundenlang durch den Wald laufen). Im Umfeld gibt es lohnenswerte Wanderziele, schöne Einkehrmöglichkeiten und vor allem das Kuckucksbähnle. Wer die Großstadt mal braucht, finde sie in Neustadt. Kleine, malerische Städtchen sind rasch mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Selbst mit dem Fahrrad kann man gut unterwegs sein. Wir erholen uns dort immer sehr gut.
