The host who met us was amazing! Best service EVER! They did have a storm that just went through a few hours before we arrived so I am putting that down to the next few words - the heater in the bathroom didn't work and the aircon didn't seem to heat and there were moisture issue in the bathroom and the water wastage (not able to turn it off) after a shower.
