Comfortable apartment in the heart of the Bolognese nightlife and the city centre with pubs, taverns and restaurants, a few minutes from Piazza Maggiore.



This apartment, situated on the first floor, opens to the living area with a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, with an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher, coming also with a dining area. The bedroom, simple yet cosy, is furnished with a queen size bed in addition to a Tv and a desk where to study or work remotely. A practical full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. At guests’ disposal there is a washing machine, free Wi-Fi and heating.



*Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings.

It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.



3 minutes away from the apartment there is the bus stop Porta Sant’Isaia where there are buses which bring you to the central station in 10 minutes while the airport can be reached with a 15-minutes drive.

Very basic but practical

Good central location, basic but clean with good facilities. Only suitably for 2 people, the extra bed was without a mattress so was very uncomfortable

Great location, but ...

The location was amazing, but the apartment lacked a lot. Check-in was easy and friendly.First time we used shower, the shower head was broken (spraying water all over from the bottom where it was broken). We messaged them and they did come fix it while we were out that day. The hair dryer provided was also completely broken (shattered) so they replaced that as well.Second day we went to use shower and we had no hot water. Spent time trying to fix and did get answer back helping us fix (knob had been switched off (probably while they fixed the shower day before?) that needed to be switched back on), but by the time it was fixed we had to run to catch a train so couldn't shower.There is a washer/dryer unit, but NO instructions and it was nearly impossible to figure out. We were able to figure out the wash cycle but every time we tried putting to the dryer cycle it would release more water.Note that the dresser is in a little like storage step-up room and no closet.Overall fairly clean but the bedding had some stains on it.Excellent location though on a great street with tons of good restaurants and bars.

Die Wohnung war sauber und bot für 2 Personen genug Platz. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Duschkopf konnte nicht befestigt werden. In der Küche gab es nur Salz, kein Öl o.ä. Die Straße ist sehr belebt, so dass man Abends sehr gut was trinken gehen kann. Deswegen ist es aber auch abends mal etwas lauter. Wen das stört, sollte Ohropax mitnehmen.

Gepflegtes Apartment in lebhafter Straße

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Die Ferienwohnung sah genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Gute Ausstattung, sauber und tolle zentrale Lage. Der historische Stadtkern und zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Auf der Via del Pratello wird es nachts ziemlich laut, aber das war zu erwarten. :) Die Kommunikation mit Wonderful Italy lief super. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr nett und zuvorkommenden. Gerne wieder!
