Located in the heart of a small village immersed in the countryside just 15 minutes' drive from Arezzo, Meriggeto is a recently renovated Tuscan farmhouse. The property offers a Jacuzzi with hydromassage and free outdoor chromotherapy, barbecue area, elegant dehor for outdoor breakfasts and dinners overlooking the large garden
Meriggeto has 4 double bedrooms each with private bathroom and linen kit, two large living rooms with dining room, two equipped kitchens, internal mini-gym, laundry.
Wi-Fi is available for free in all areas.
Upon request, the structure organizes breakfasts, aperitifs, tastings of typical local products and dinners at home with professional chefs.
It is also possible to take advantage of further on-site services including private yoga lessons, mountain biking, home shopping.
Private parking on site is free.
Meriggeto is a 25-minute drive from the A1 motorway exit, 15 km from Arezzo, 30 km from Anghiari, 80 km from Florence.

Unique and charming villa

We loved our stay at this villa (6 adults, 2 children). We did not see the washer or playground that are mentioned on the listing and it was a little disappointing that the fire place isn’t usable since we showed up on a cold, rainy night but it’s understandable from a safety perspective. We had plenty of space, the outdoor area is beautiful. The only potential downside is the uneven surface of the floor on the ground level was a little difficult for the toddler and senior citizens to navigate. Would stay here again with a group of younger adults.

Hello and thank you for your positive review, your opinion helps us to improve more and more. Unfortunately we are not allowed to let tourists use the fireplace for safety reasons, in fact all the floors are wooden and there are carpets throughout the villa. The washing machine is inside the bathroom on the ground floor. The floor on the ground floor is the original one from 1850, a period in which the hall was used as an old stable, which later became a cellar and is now the hall of the villa. We really appreciate your positive review and it was a pleasure having you as our guest.

Wir haben mir der ganzen Familie (Erwachsene,Kleinkinder& Baby) Urlaub gemacht.. es war wunderschön. Das alte Haus ist wunderschön mit großem tollen Garten. Zwar kein Pool, aber ein Whirpool der sehr groß ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Giacomo hat zu jeder Zeit super geklappt.- sogar spät abends, als uns die Sicherung raus ist hat er sich sofort gekümmert. Wir würden sofort wieder dort Urlaub machen ☀️
