Relaxing time in a beautiful setting

The very welcoming hosts, Camillo and Nicolas, helped get the stay off to a lovely start. Great facilities in the apartment met all our needs and was a comfortable place to stay. Fabulous for walking, swimming and cycling, with the added bonus of people watching! Definitely recommend the apartment to anyone!

Wohnung mit Stil in ausgezeichneter Lage

Die Wohnung in Moniga del Garda besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Wohn/Essraum mit einer Küchenzeile. Außerdem gibt es eine großzügige Terrasse mit Seeblick. Der Empfang von Camillo war herzlich und zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation ist positiv zu bewerten! Das Bett im Schlafzimmer war sehr bequem. Es gab ausreichend Platz für Kleidung und Accessoires. Das Bad war ebenfalls groß genug. es gibt eine kleine und neue Waschmaschine (4kg Ladung möglich). In dem Wohn/Essraum mit Küchenzeile findet man alles, was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Es gibt außerdem einen Flachbildfernseher mit allen gängigen deutschen Kanälen in HD Qualität. Das Internet war schnell und stabil. Die Terrasse verfügt über einen großen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen: ideal für ein Frühstück mit Gardasee/Strandblick. Die Wohnung ist ÄUSSERST geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet! Es gibt allerdings zwei Minuspunkte: 1) Geruchbelästigung - die Küche vom Restaurant "Al Porto" befindet sich unter dem Bad- und Küchenfenster. Bei Hochbetrieb gelingt Fettgeruch in die Wohnung. Daher empfehle ich diese Fenster tagsüber geschlossen zu halten. Es gibt einen Dunstabzug von der Küche, der die Gerüche (zum größten Teil) zwischen Küchenfenster und Balkon nach oben befördert. Dieser Dunstabzug ist allerdings Teil des zweiten Minuspunktes: 2) Lärmbelästigung - ein industrieller Dunstabzug ist entsprechend laut. Neben der Wohnung befindet sich ein Beach Club. Zwischen 20:00 und Mitternacht war hier (fast) jeden Abend Party angesagt. Ein gemütliches Abendessen auf dem Balkon war daher unmöglich. Selbst Fernsehen bei der lauten pulsierenden Musik war nur bei geschlossenem Fenster möglich. Diese sind allerdings mehrfachverglast und bieten Schallschutz! Sollte man die Fenster auflassen gibt es Schutz vor Fliegen und Mücken durch Gitter. Bei geschlossenem Fenster kann man dann die Klimaanlage aktivieren (2 Geräte), die sehr effektiv und leise funktioniert. Fazit: eine wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage mit kleinen Macken. Wir werden bestimmt zurückkommen! Für alle, die nach Mitternacht ins Bett gehen, sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt 😄

Wir verbrachten zwei schöne Wochen in der 2 Zimmer Wohnung. Die Wohnung war perfekt, super sauber und hatte eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf den See. Für Kinder gut geeignet, da der Strand gleich um die Ecke war. Herr Tomaselli, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und stehts um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. Das Lokal unter der Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekte Wohnung für einen schönen Urlaub

Die Wohnung war einfach perfekt. Sie war bis in die letzte Ecke super sauber und die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Küche und Bad lassen ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Die Terrasse ist mit einem Tisch, Sonnenschirm und vier Stühlen gut bestückt und der Blick auf den See ist fantastisch. Unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich ein Restaurant. Vom Betrieb war in der Wohnung so gut wie nichts zu bemerken. Perfekt ist auch der abgeschlossene Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage des Hauses ist prima, da es tatsächlich direkt am See liegt. Camillo ist ein äußerst freundlicher Vermieter, der sich wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.
